You really need to have your own experience....
I nearly didn't make a reservation after reading the bad reviews on this place, but had to due to our son racing at Pico in the State Champs. Now it's over, I'm glad we made the booking as it was perfect... Sure it's a ski resort, with seasonal staff, but hey really did provide service. We stayed in G block, a few meters from the lift to "B" slope and are happy to rort, No Noise! A really nice, comfortable as advertised 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with fireplace. It was spotlessly clean. Re firewood complaints that I read about, the solution was simple, you take the provide key and go to the wood store by the Rec Center (150' walk)) and take as much wood as you want. I found this out by calling the 24/7 service line (answered coldly but informatively at 10 PM at night" when we were ere, the snow was melting big time, and there was huge amounts of mud, but despite the mud, Pico did a great job of making our. 3 night stay a pleasant one. Notes: Bring your own coffee, milk and supplies... It is a condo.

Lacking Service
The Pico Resort was lacking in some major amenities. There was a lack of toilet paper, garbage bags, and towels. The phones did not work so if there was an emergency it wasn't possible to call out. The Sport Center was clean but the Hot Tub was not hot at all. Very disappointing after a day of snowboarding. Location was great but not a hotel I would stay at for the money spent.

Race Weekend
It was a great weekend. Everything was clean and we had lots of room to move around. The deck was also nice in the summer. You also have to remember to check-in at the main lodge in the summer.

Great place, but hard to find
The location was perfect, the room was clean and well appointed. Access to the sports center was nice. The condo was difficult to find because there wasn't a street sign and there weren't any signs with the condo name. The check-in process was also difficult.

Smoky the Bear
Nightmare from SMELL
First when we walked in the condo smelled of smoke. The suggestion was to close the flu on the fireplace and air out the unit. I just wonder what we waited for when the staff made us wait while they "cleaned the unit" Our clothes smelled like smoke when we got home. Never gave an option to move to another room. The beds were horrible and uncomfortable. The floor would have been better. They were nice but couldn't be bothered, even though it was an off weekend and the place was empty. Was not worth the bother for the price. Oh forgot about the beeping smoke alarm. After hunting for the beeping found a second smoke detector hidden in a kitchen draw with a dead battery. Was this a joke?

Wonderful Mountain
The Condo's were perfect if you are looking for a nice place to rest your head, cook some meals, enjoy a fire and have a chair lift waiting a few feet from your door. Trails were great. There was a trail for every member of our family from beginner to expert. We had a very nice time.

Sightseeing tip:
Not Applicable
Request any other building but for C & D. They are right behind the lodge, so your view of the mountain is restricted. They are, however, only a few yards from the chairlifts. You have decide which is most important to you.

Great accommodations for the price!
The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. The condo is surrounded by several mountains and the fall foliage was breath taking. The unit is well kept and very clean. Some of the pillows provided are old and stained and should be changed. Checkin process was a big problem. The online retailer did not mention that checkin office closes at 4PM and 8PM on certain days. There was notice posted on the door for the number to call if office is closed. When one calls the given number, one will get a voice message. There should be directions posted on the door of the office for those who do not have GPS and a dedicated line direct to a customer service rep.The driveway and parking lots are not well lit and also the local roads have no street lights.
