Random Getaway

Our stay was fantastic! We loved our room, with a nice king size bed and a pull out couch. The bathroom was huge, and the shower was very cool! We had a nice view, peeking through to the harbor. We dined for breakfast in the hotel's restaurant area, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. One night, we had drinks and appetizers at the hotel bar and loved the bartender, Frank. He made me a wonderful "new fashioned" and he was very knowledgable about what he was serving. The hotel's pool was wonderful and the hot tub was perfect. I utilized the fitness room which was clean and had everything I needed for a "vacation workout". The hotel is within walking distance to everything- shopping, restaurants, museums- which was awesome. Definitely would stay here again if I ever find myself in Burlington!

Roaring heater

The heater vibrated and roared all night. Neither of us rested very well. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Upon check out the staffer did not ask how we enjoyed our stay. I did volunteer that the heater required attention.

No Complaints

Great location, right on the lake and a five minute walk from church street. The room was nice, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking and breakfast were not included in the price, but both were reasonable.

Great location, not worth the price

We booked this room because family members were also staying here. It was the highest-priced room in Burlington, and so we thought everything would be top-notch. Things were just OK. The restaurant was OK, the bed was OK, the bathrooms were OK. There was nothing to get terribly upset about, but nothing to rave about either.

Excellent hotel

Loved the lake view room which we watched the fireworks from the comfort of our air conditioned room. The walk-in shower was the best, so big and nice, my husband could actually stand up without bending down and the bathroom was big. The king size bed was so soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The location is close to the waterfront which is across the street and a short walk to church street which has great shops, entertainment and fine restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Check out the Echo Lake Aquarium and Science Center on the waterfront across the street from the hotel. There's lots of interesting things to do and see.

Upscale Courtyard

This is a new hotel in the courtyard series. As such it is very clean. The view of the lake is great, not all rooms have that. Parking is up the hill or you can get valet. You can also get a porter for your luggage. There is a bar that is open at night where you can get a light menu with your drinks. Our room had the wide screen TV with multiple hook-up. Internet was wireless and had a few drop-puts. Overall it is an upscale CourtYard.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Burlington has an outdoor mall area created by blocking off some streets. There are a lot of bars and restaurants as well as a number of both local and chain stores. The hotel is right on Lake Champlaine. There is a park along the lake as well as some dinning, and some boating opportunities. It was too early in the season to see the boats out.
