Short walk from hotel
Walk through the parking garage puts you right into downtown where you can find The Farmhouse and Vermont Pub and Brewery, two excellent places for food, ambiance and craft brews, as well as Church Street a block further. It is a pedestrian mall full of more restaurants and shops.

Great location, right on the lake and a five minute walk from church street. The room was nice, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking and breakfast were not included in the price, but both were reasonable.

Nice Room
A nice hotel in an excellent location. Right near the lake, and just a few blocks from the center of town. I would have expected free overnight parking and a complimentary breakfast considering the price of the rooms.

Weekend Travelers
Great location, not worth the price
We booked this room because family members were also staying here. It was the highest-priced room in Burlington, and so we thought everything would be top-notch. Things were just OK. The restaurant was OK, the bed was OK, the bathrooms were OK. There was nothing to get terribly upset about, but nothing to rave about either.

Excellent hotel
Loved the lake view room which we watched the fireworks from the comfort of our air conditioned room. The walk-in shower was the best, so big and nice, my husband could actually stand up without bending down and the bathroom was big. The king size bed was so soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The location is close to the waterfront which is across the street and a short walk to church street which has great shops, entertainment and fine restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Upscale Courtyard
This is a new hotel in the courtyard series. As such it is very clean. The view of the lake is great, not all rooms have that. Parking is up the hill or you can get valet. You can also get a porter for your luggage. There is a bar that is open at night where you can get a light menu with your drinks. Our room had the wide screen TV with multiple hook-up. Internet was wireless and had a few drop-puts. Overall it is an upscale CourtYard.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Burlington has an outdoor mall area created by blocking off some streets. There are a lot of bars and restaurants as well as a number of both local and chain stores. The hotel is right on Lake Champlaine. There is a park along the lake as well as some dinning, and some boating opportunities. It was too early in the season to see the boats out.
