Nice hotel,just travelling thru stop overnight to rest.
the beds and room ok,slept good.Went to breakfast in morning which was adequate.

Terrible
My wife was sick, took a decongestant and fell asleep or I never would have stayed. The room was musty and smelled so bad I couldn't sleep and I ended up sleeping in my car!! Expected much more from a Ramada.

Ramada Wytheville, VA
King sized bedspread was stained and filthy. Called front desk for a replacement. She came with a Queen sized, saying it was the only bedspread in the laundry. Not only did it not fit the bed, it smelled so strongly of smoke that it was unusable. We slept under a sheet and towels. The heating unit banged and clanged all night. Could not turn dial for heat light in bathroom. Bathroom doorknob broken. Liquids we put in the refrigerator froze solid. A terrible stay.

Great breakfast! Pool under renovation.
Room had new carpeting and great beds. Clean bathroom. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed and empty. Breakfast was excellent. A good deal.

Good inexpensive pick!
I booked the hotel on a Friday night when I pulled into a parking lot off the exit. We were on a long road trip & needed to stay somewhere budget friendly but comfortable. It was a great pick.

i was very disappointed when i arrived
i canceled my reservation at the red roof and paid 20 dollars more at the ramada because they had a pool and my granddtr was very disappointed to find out that they had a pool, just no water, that it was being renovated, wrong season to do that. clerk very rude. should have at least gave me the same rate i would have paid over at the red roof.

Overnight stay
Overall it was very good.Hotel is beingf updated and at the time the pool was being repaired. Caulking around bath tub was very poor and shower control needs replacing. These could be done as I suspect they are renovating. I would stay there again as location is excellent. IanC
