The Budget Host Inn in Wytheville is a modest-sized hotel with 42 units, each with at-door parking for extra convenience. This hotel offers affordable accommodations in a location convenient to area highway. Each guest room is equipped with cable TV with movie channels and direct-dial phones. Smoking and Nonsmoking rooms are available, Guests will find a restaurant is only 200 feet away, while a coffee shop, and a cocktail lounge are within 5 mile. The Inn and a cocktail lounge are within 2 miles. The Inn has small truck parking. Some of the area attractions - specifically mountains and trails are nearby. Both outlet stores and antique malls are just 6 1/2 miles away and the Blueridge Parkway is an easy drive from here.

good, clean, basic place to stay!

Nice hotel at a budget price. Nothing fancy by any stretch but comfortable, clean and affordable. Very few in this price range that maintain high standards. I will stay there again when I am travelling through. Management was very courteous and it was a pleasurable stay!

cheap but good

This was a simple overnight while traveling home. The price was right, the room was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was sufficient. Staff was courteous and friendly. The rate for pets was only $10. We didn't have our dog with us, but the price would have encouraged us to stay there with a pet.

The motel is very close to several well-known restaurants. It is also close to the highway without being noisy.

It is what it is

I stayed one night at this hotel; traveling to visit family. Needed a comfortable bed and a shower. Room was clean, quiet, with few amenities. Still consider it a bargain. Staff friendly and helpful.
