I stayed here many times and every time was just as good as last

This place is great Family or Business. Great breakfast clean rooms and an excellent staff. They have the best prices and are very accommodating.

This hotel is as relaxing as always we enjoyed it very much!

Hotel seemed bit older, but still well appointed and very clean. The staff were all very helpful, and always cheerful. The breakfast was very nice, lots of choices and all fresh. We left my son's "blankie" and special pillow, when I called they offered to mail them to us!

Nice comfortable room (no big fluffy pillow top beds though),good service although usually no one manning the desk. They were close by and came out when you "Helloed". When we checked in, we couldn't get room key to work, couldn't get TV to work properly for a while and couldn't get internet to hook up. Then, the elevators went out. I believe they had a small electrical fire- kept hearing fire alarm cut on and off, thought it was testing until we smelled the electrical smell when we were going out for the evening. Everything was fine when we returned though, so chalked it up to weird circumstances. Definitely appreciated the Guest Laundry on the 2nd floor (1 each washer and dryer).

There was a great breakfast bar to start the day. Newspapers were delivered to the door of the room, which was clean and tidy upon my return. The bed and room were quiet and comfortable, and there was a laundry room as well. All kinds of restaurants and shops were nearby.

I travel for business and most times I stay for just one night. When you book a place from on the road, you want a really nice, clean room with everything working. Not true at this hotel. I will give them the "clean" expectation in the first room but for things working, not so much. No hot water and phone didn't work to call front desk to report no hot water. Room #2 have hot water in very musty smelling room that wasn't very clean. Room #2 had a broken hair dryer and again no phones worked to call front desk. I don't recommend this one.

We stayed here for the apple blossom festivities. It was wonderful. The hotel was very convenient to downtown and very easy to find. My parents traveled from a long distance and it was very easy to access from I-81.

Overall, a very nice room, spacious, well-equipped, fairly quiet and clean. Slight odor, maybe from the a/c. Also, my daughter found red fingernail clippings on the chair, so a more thorough cleaning would be in order. We both loved the comfort of the bed, and the convenience of the microwave and fridge in the room. Loved the location, walking distance to so many things, easy to drive to many others. Breakfast buffet had a pretty varied offering, everything clean and fresh.
