A good value
The hotel was quite clean, and the rooms were well sized. Our first room had an odor, and the front desk was happy to put us in a different room. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was average. I would stay here again, though I would ask for a room ending in an even number so I wasn't facing I-81.

Misplaced New Yorker
Too Tired to Move
The TV worked oddly and the heater made a low noise all night. The pillows were too soft and mushy. We woke up with sore necks.

Nice Rooms, but small
Rooms were very nice, although small. The staff at check-in charged my card twice for the stay and it took a lot of convincing to have them remove the extra charge. Breakfast was decent, with a waffle maker and microwaveable sandwiches. For the price, it was a satisfactory experience, although having to deal with the staff over the extra charge was annoying. I would stay there again.

Great. Very friendly, good for the kids
Something is always wrong when we stay at a hotel. And the problems range from the very small things to ifestations and child injuries. So, thank you. Our stay at your hotel was the first that I can remember that was problem-free. Not even a minor problem was any where to be found. Thanks again.
