Super Friendly Staff

Great location close to shopping, food and local entertainment! Super friendly staff! Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Room did have a bit of a wet dog smell when I first got there but fabreeze fixed that! Great value for what I paid!

the bathroom vent was dusty. and when we checked in the lady at the front desk was not polite.

A good value and location

Motel staff was great. Rooms were a little old but they were clean and didn't smell musty. A/C was great. Beds were ok. Liked having the coffee maker, frig ,and micro in the room. Pool was small but clean and nice.

good price

When I first got there i walked in the room and the air conditioners were not on....it was over 90 degrees that day. then i turned it on and it didn't work, they moved me to another room and the seal on the fridge was broke finally the third room had a half working air conditioner and a fridge, the room never got cold though. TV reception wasn't good. Internet was above dial up, but not fast. The two women i dealt with that worked the front desk were both very nice. If you're strapped for cash it's acceptable....not enjoyable though.

Not a recommended stop

First room was small and dirty. Stained carpet and mold in bath room. Second room somewhat better but broken fixtures and some wall damage. Pleasant staff. Room cleanliness rating is the average of the two. Dining options reflect Winchester proper.

Good bang for the buck

We always enjoy traveling when we can take our pets. Only problem was that they wanted to deny access in the breakfast area to our service dog. They should recheck the ADA regulations. The room was clean and the breakfast area better than most. All in all, a good value for the money.

Nice and clean, great price

This hotel have everything that we need, mini frige,pet friendly, pool.., lots dinning choice and not too far from mall and wal-mart.
