Last minute getaway
Well kept outside, plenty of parking, room smelled clean, looked updated, bathroom perfect. My only complaint would be the bed was hard. Overall a wonderful stay. Did the skyline drive, and caverns, easy to get to from this location. Restaurants, museums, stores all in the area.

In Hotel
Use Perkins restaurant attached to hotel, good food, eat in or carry out. Made it nice if you didn't want to leave.

EXCELLENT STAY
WONDERFULL STAY, HOTEL VERY CLEAN, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THIS WAS MY FIRST STAY AT BEST WESTERN BUT IT WILL NOT BE MY LAST. WE WILL USE BEST WESTERN EVERY TIME WE TRAVEL NOW

Clean and Friendly
On a very busy week end, it was nice to have a comfortable and convenient place to rest up for the next day. It was convenient having Perkins so close to the room. I would recommend the hotel and plan to stay there the next time I'm in Winchester.

DISAPPOINTED TRAVELER
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HOTEL. IT WAS MUCH OLDER THAN APPEARED ON WEBSITE INFO. THE CARPETING WAS FILTHY AND THE DOOR WAS ALL CHEWED AWAY AT THE BOTTOM SO THAT AIR CAME THROUGH IT. THE POOL WAS MUCH SMALLER. IT LOOKED LIKE A TRUCKER HOTEL. THE SHEETS LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE REUSED AND WRINKLY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FRIENDS.

very Friendly
The front check in staff was great very friendly and gave me the information needed, A pleasure to see a smile when I checke din very late that evening, got me my keys and showed wher emy room was in and out in less the 2 minutes
