Reservation

First they could not find my reservation. Then they gave me a room with someone else already assigned to that room. When I went to check out my bill showed room service tha was not mine. They charged someone else room service to my room.

Location great with a great staff, Will return in fall, 2012.

From entering to exiting everything and everyone was fantastic. Knowledgeable staff, very kind, polite, friendly. We travel constantly and believe us when we say, the staff makes or brakes your experience. The restaurant and bar staff should be acknowledged for their expertise and great personality. The bell hops were beyond helpful. Great experience and will be returning.

Immaculate....Should have stayed longer!

The Williamsburg Hotel and Conference Center was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, rooms highly modernized and most importantly, the place was immaculate. Moreover, my family and I enjoyed how the game room, pool area and tennis area were conveniently located to one another that allowed each family member to relax according to their preference. In addition, the on-site restaurant and bar provided both healthy and top quality menu items at an economical price. And the buffet breakfast included hot and cold items, and omelets made to order. After our stay at the Conference Center, the next day we spent a night at the Great Wolfe lodge. Our entire family, from the oldest to the youngest, agreed during our departure that we should have stayed at the Conference center. My husband and I learned our lesson. Our next trip to Williamsburg will definitely include the Hotel and Conference Center to serve as our home away from home.

Williamsburg getaway

Stayed here mainly for proximity to Busch Gardens and could not have picked a better location. Inside hotel had upscale appearance that is wearing down, especially in the rooms. Pool was overrun with unsupervised kids and hot tub was more of a tepid tub. Room was comfortable.

Great for families!

We are a family of 5 and they were able to accomodate us with 2 double beds and a pull out couch. Lobby is beautiful, pool is great, and fitness center was very nice. Also liked the cafe which sold coffee and drinks as well as food. We walked to dinner at nearby restaurants and Busch Gardens is 5 minutes away. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

Good Spring Break Trip

Stayed here because of the price and location. The hotel staff was nice and helpful when arriving. The room was just a normal room with two double beds, tv and small balcony. Also, the hotel was close to fast food and some restaurants. This was a nice one night stay for our family to sleep in between trips to Busch Gardens.

Historic Williamsburg Weekend

Our family was so pleased with this hotel. The staff was terrific, the rooms were clean and spacious. The location was perfect for the historic district and we will definately be back. Our one concern was the college parties that went on which we feel should have been contained to one floor. Our familes rooms were on separate floors and we all complained about the noise. But security did come when called and quieted one floor. Next time, keep the students together and separate from the other guests. The servers in both the restaurant and lounge were excellent and gave that extra bit of service.
