The Quality Inn At Kingsmill is less than one mile from Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA parks, and minutes from the Colonial Parkway, a 23-mile scenic roadway connecting Virginia's historic triangle, which includes Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement and Historic Yorktown. Restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy free continental breakfast, free high-speed Internet access, free weekday newspaper, an indoor heated pool, business center, guest laundry, fitness center and game room. The meeting room accommodates up to 25 people. All guest rooms include coffee makers, hairdryers, irons, ironing boards and cable TV. Some rooms feature whirlpool bathtubs.

Business In Williamsburg

Great location and price was very reasonable! Check-In was fast and friendly. Arrived early in the afternoon and took right off for my business appointment and did not get back to the hotel until very late. Room was clean but dated and the TV did not work but it was too late and I was too tired to bother about it. At 5:40 in the morning the phone rang with a wake-up call that I did not ask for! The breakfast provided was one of the best I have seen in a long time! For the most part, a good place to stay with only minor problems. I would stay there again!

Just OK

It was OK, not a dream. It was loud and the pool was crowded. The breakfast was good, it ends at 10 and we got down there at 9:30 and it was freshly stoked.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

It is right next to Busch gardens, and a 5 minute drive to Water Country, it is good for a short stay!

Comfortable bed for sure

The Hotel was clean but the furniture a bit old. The TV is almost 20 years old but I did not stay in the room for too long. The most comfortable bed after a day in Buschgardens. Did not use the pool. Will recommend this room if you are traveling for a short time not too long.

Could have had better

The location was great, especially since we spent one day at Busch Gardens and one day at Water Country. The hotel seemed understaffed, as the concierge desk was overloaded when we arrived. The dining area had several unbalanced tables, the table wobbled while we ate and drank our hot coffee. The food was not very good, and the electricity was out at the waffle station. The reservations were listed under the right name, wrong address, wrong phone number...caused delays.

Exactly what we needed

It gets a thumbs up from me! Clean rooms, very nice staff! I would definetly stay here again. As a single mom, I felt safe here! The staff was nice and very helpful! Thumbs up to a very nice group of people! We were here for a Busch Gardens trip and this hotel accommodated that!
