Quality Inn & Suites Williamsburg

This hotel was disgustingly DIRTY! Our room had trash & old food on the floor. There was a partially used bottle of lotion in one of the chairs. The bathroom was the worst! Not only was it not cleaned after the last guest, a used towel was left hanging on the door. There was so much black mold in the shower that I almost thought the grout was supposed to be black. Lots of mold on the ceiling as well. After complaining twice to the front desk (once on the phone & then in person) we were finally transferred to another room.....a smaller & only slightly cleaner room. Evening front desk was rude with a don't care attitude! Morning replacement was much nicer but full of lame excuses

Hotel was clean. Lots of kids and bus tours. Didnt try the breakfast. Usually like a bit more upscale

This is a old hotel, and looks old inside. Needs some serious upgrades. The morning staff was rude. The breakfast was suppose to start at 6:39am, but it was not ready until 6:45.

The Location of the hotel is excellent, you have the many restaurants and stores to choose from and it's only 15min away from Busch Garden. The employees were nice and professional. The room was clean and the housekeeping came every day to put fresh towels and make the bed. The bathroom could be cleaner there were some mildew on the shower curtain and wall. Overall for the money you pay the place is excellent.

The location was perfect for trips to Colonial Williamsburg and other sites in the Historical Triangle. It was also near restaurants and novelty shopping. Very easy access in and out of hotel parking lots.

overall it was a great experience, Rooms are a good size, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!! Not to crazy about the indoor pool. Breakfast was very good!

It was ok maybe a 2 out of 5, in the room we had everything was falling apart,, molding was broken and falling, once the couch bed was taken out you couldnt put it back in. In General the hotel hasnt been remodeled in 20 years and needs to be remodeled asap. the only good thing was the bed was comfy and there were a few restaraunts close by.

Rooms need to be updated and cleaned better. The breakfast area also needs to be cleaned better and they may want to offer a few healthy alternatives at breakfast.

This is a very comfortable reasaonably priced suite hotel. Very, very close to William and Mary and Downtown Williamsburg. It's nestled in the back of a bunch of hotels, so it's quiet. We had an upstairs room which had large windows and a nice peaceful view. The laundry facilites were very handy and the fitness center was more than adequate. I've stayed in Williamsburg many times. I wish I had discovered this hotel sooner. They offer a complete breakfast. It's not a pleasant experience. The other hotel guests run on the food like they've never eaten. Food runs out, is replenished spottily. Better to enjoy that your getting a good room at a fair price and have a relaxing breakfast somewhere else.

Upon check in we found many of the lights were burned out and did not get them fixed till second day of our trip. The in room TV was very small and hard to see the picture was dim. The in room refrigerator was full of mold and we could not use it. The Bed was comfortable. The bathroom had mold on the tiles. Room was very close to the breakfast area and we were awakended both days early. Motel was near William and Mary and other sites. Lots of student groups, scout groups etc. stayed at the hotel. They were very messy in the breakfast area and it was almost trashed both days. The food was good and hot but they had no cold cereal out both days we were there.
