amazing
It was very nice I loved it. Its back in the middle of a resort. Felt very safe. It had alot to do on site without leaving. Did go to Busch gardens. But had more fun at the resort. The rooms where like you were at home. Very big. Would go again.

Cool off!!!
My husband and I came to Williamsburg for a Marriage Retreat. We have 6 children and dont get much time alone. The property we stayed at was very pretty on the inside and out. The room was very clean and taken care of,the staff was very friendly....the only thing I was very displeased about was that I had to take a cold shower....NO HOT WATER!!! I am not a person who ever goes without a shower first thing...NO HOT WATER!!!! NOT PLEASED!!!! Not sure what the deal was...but all in all everything else was very good..so if your good with a cold shower then this would be your place to stay.

Absolutley incredible !
We stayed for just a weekend and wished we could have been there much longer. Our villa room was incredible with a glass enclosed shower and full kitchen. A sofa bed opposite the fireplace. An incredibley romantic 2 person whirlpool bathtub off the master bed. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Even though they had a seemingly full crowd for the weekend, it was very quiet and peaceful. The resort had far more to do than we had time for. We'd love to go back and easily recommend The Manor Club anyone. It was well worth the money.

It can be cheaper to buy one annual membership to Colonial Williamsburg and buy day passes for fellow travelers at the members' discount price than to purchase regular admissions.

This was great!
This place was like a palace! The whole hotel was tucked away in the middle of a housing complex/county club. The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were great. We stayed in on of their villas and it was huge. I couldn't believe how big it was...800sq/ft! It was a wonderful place to stay for a couple night.

Pleasant
The location was super. The room was nice, the ammenities were great. Bathroom was clean and had a great shower. A little problem finding it. I think it could have been marked clearer and also our navigation system directed us to the service entrance which apparently had happened quite frequently as the guard gave us a sheet with directions to direct us back to the other entrance. a few miles away.

Worst Hotel in Williamsburg Area
Our experience from the moment we got there was a dissatisfied one. The girl that checked us in was extremely unpleasant. She acted as if we were disturbing her and pretty much called us liars and said we just made the reservation when we made it the day before. She then told us we couldn't check in until 4:00 p.m. (We were there around 3:30) When we finally got to our room we were impressed by the size and design of the room. It was big and we really liked the idea of having our own kitchen and washer/dryer. Once we started looking around the room we discovered alot of dirt. There was actually a wash cloth hanging from an air conditioner vent from a previous hotel guest. Who knows how long that had been there! The hotel walls are extremely thin. We were awakened EVERY morning by our neighbors upstairs and beside us stomping around and slamming the sliding patio door. You can actually hear the rollers on the sliding door beside us sliding shut! We were so displeased with the thin walls that we actually went to Walmart to buy a fan to block some of the noise. Another issue was there is not enough parking. If you stay out past 7:00 p.m., you will not have a place to park when you arrive back at this hotel. You will have to park about 500 yards away. We did speak with the hotel manager, Jeff, who didn't see the parking as a problem and just had excuses. However, we talked to a groundskeeper who stated it's always been a problem. I would highly NOT recommend this hotel. It's not close to anything unless you just want to golf while you are here. It's at least 25 minutes from every major attraction in Williamsburg. We will definitely not be staying here again. Extremely dissatisfied!!

Not Applicable
If you plan to come here to be close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, or Busch Gardens, think again. The site says "minutes away" This is true if you think 25-40 is minutes away. There are much nicer hotels closer to all the attractions for less money. Try Kings Mill Resort. We will never stay at Marriot Manor again. It is super far away from everything.

Wonderful stay at the Manor Club
We were a little worried going in because of some the reviewers we read in orbitz and "another site" but this place was AMAZING. GREAT location (surrounded by golf course) and GREAT rooms. Nice kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, bedroom and bath for the 1BR suite. We were shocked at the size and the amenities for the price we paid (well under 200/night). The kids loved the pool and the activities were fun. If you want to be in the heart of the restaurants and action in Williamsburg, this is a little off the beaten path, but it's totally worth it. My 8, 10 and 11 year-olds did not want to leave and my wife and I also loved it. Forget Williamsburg, we'd just go back for the Manor Club!

Wonderful Hotel
The hotel was in a wonderful location and the room was great. It had a fireplace, a jetted tub, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, king sized bed, about 800 square feet. It was so nice.

great place to relax
This was a great place for us, we have a 2 year old son. The heated pool was huge because it allows us to swim all the the time and I didn't have to worry about our child being too cold. The pool is small but luckily, the place was not very croweded when we were there. We got a 1 bdrm villa and it was spacious and plenty of room for 2 adults and one child. It's located in an odd location but very close to the outlets and chain restaurants and not too far of a drive from colonial williamsburg.
