Great Experience
The staff was very helpful from the first day until we checked out. The chef was personable. The rooms were clean. The beds were too soft for us, but they made immediate arrangements to solve the problem. ( sweet dreams ) Our stay was very enjoyable.

NICE HOTEL
PERFECTLY DECENT CLEAN COMFORTABLE HOTEL.GOOD CONVENIENT LOCATION. EVEN THOUGH OUR ROOM LOOKED OVE THE HIGHWAY IT WAS SURPRISINGLY QUIET. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE FOAMY PILLOWS BUT THIS COULD BE A PERSONAL PREFERENCE

Lived up to the high quality reviews
We spent 3 nights here, while exploring Virginia's historic sites at Williamsburg, Yorktown & Jamestown. Hotel was very convenient to the Colonial Parkway that accesses all 3 areas. Hotel was totally smoke free, quiet, clean, and 4 yrs. old, we heard from staff. Staff was friendly, without exception. Fitness center and pool were great. Loved having microwave & frig in room. Very comfortable beds! Hotel mgt. promptly repaired broken ladder rung in pool. When I asked about breakfast deal mentioned on line (2 adult breakfasts for $1 each), manager approved it, even though desk clerk wasn't aware of it. Would definitely return here!

Desk clerk provided directions to nearest grocery store (Food Fresh, I think), and we bought frozen meals we could prepare in room microwave.

WONDERFUL 3 night stay!
Upon arriving we found out our room was already upgraded to a suite when we only purchased a standard room. Needless to say, it was an awesome way to start our visit. Everything in the suite was spotless and well stocked (towels, tp, washclothes...) I will be staying here again! Bistro 515 also had excellent steak!

Attended a college football game - our team won - and did some historical sightseeing. Everything was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location

I wish we could have stayed longer.
My husband and I found the hotel to be in an excellent location to access Williamsburg restaurants and Downtown Williamsburg. We only spent one night there but it was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room which came in handy and a large flatscreen tv. Free wifi was useful and the shower was great. We didn't eat at the hotel but there was a bar downstairs and a very helpful staff. I will definitely stay there again.

Check out Siagon Pearl at 1665 Richmond Road. What a wonderful meal. I never had Vietnamese cuisine before but I will eat here again the next time I am in Williamsburg.
