Greensprings Vacation Resort

The hotel was a great deal during the off season. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The indoor pool was awesome on a rainy, cold night. The hotel was clean and roomy.

Comfortable stay, but did not use amenities other than walking through grounds which were well kept.

We truly had a great time at the hotel. The worst part was the time share presentation.

Stayed at Greensprings early Dec. 2011 and really liked it. The grounds are beautiful and the staff very nice. Even though we stayed in a room that needed a little renovation, it was great. We loved having 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and balcony. It's a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg as well as other places/things to do in the area.

Very nice resort, good size rooms and a great, quiet location. Well worth the visit. I would definitly go again.

The accomadations were great, the rooms were above average and spacious, and the staff was friendly. I would definetly stay here again.

Much nicer then other "resort" condos we have been to in Williamsburg. Clean and tons of room for us and our 2 girls (5&7) Will stay again.

We loved this Resort! It had everything we needed. Lots of activities including, golf, tennis, indoor/outdoor pool, table tennis, basketball, jacuzzi tub. There is a full kitchen in the condos. You are minutes away from anything you may have forgotten at home.

Not perfect but much better than a hotel! Comfortable accomodations where we had room to get away from each other (family of 5). Staff was helpful and attentive. This is a timeshare but booking through Orbitz allowed us to NOT have to listen to the hardsell. Greensprings was close to almost everything. Markets were close by so you could do some of your own cooking. All in all I would absolutely visit there again. This was the best part of our week long trip.

The Greensprings resort was a nice condo for a family trip. The push for a timeshare presentation was only done at check in and was not too high pressure. The location was a bit away from attractions but our family enjoyed the relaxing venue away from the tourist area. The grounds were nice and there were several little niceties such as mini-golf, tennis and basketball courts, a nice family pool/activities area and twice a week big screen movie nights. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The only downside to the trip is that on the 4th night of a 6 night stay we noticed a water leak inside the 2nd bedroom closet and bottom wall of the bathroom. Maintenance came within 15 minutes and ran a water vacuum and sprayed sanitizer to remove the musty smell. The underlying problem of the leak was not resolved however and it occurred the next couple of nights. This is an item that would require opening the wall and finding the source of the leak - likely a waterline with a cracked pipe somewhere. Because of this factor the highest I can rate the location is a 4. However, I would recommend the venue as all other aspects went well. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and would return again in a future visit to the area.
