wont stay again
the lady at the front desk was very rude. They had me booked in a smoking room when i specifically asked for a non smoking. They werent willing to put me in a nonsmoking king room so i had to be uncomfortable in a double. Beds were hard and smelled musty. I frequent williamsburg and have NEVER had this problem before.

Needed a cheap place to stay for a trip to Busch Gardens. This hotel desperately needs renovations! The beds were VERY HARD and the pillows were small and useless. If I had had the kids with me the two double beds would not have worked. These beds are tiny and again VERY hard. There is no give when you sit on them. The beds also have a thin top sheet and a bed spread. The bathroom is tiny and had a very loud exhaust fan that seemed to be on its last leg. When I turned on the leaky faucet in the shower the water came out brown. This would not have been an exceptable place if I had my kids with us. Also the TV's are old and the picture was going out. Again not a problem for us but if we had the kids this would have been a disaster. The only staff we encountered while there was the girl at the front desk who checked us in and out with no problems. The breakfast is in an unattended room with coffee, apple, and orange juice. about three dozen donuts (cheap off brand glazed donuts) and a loaf of bread next to a toaster. The bread had stink bugs in it but those things are everywhere so thats not really there fault. There were also bananas and cereal (Corn flakes and raisin bran). We grabbed a cup of coffee and stopped for breakfast up the road. This hotel is REALLY close to Busch Gardens and great if you get a deal and don't have kids with you, and don't mind a hard as a board bed. Also the pictures of the hotel are deceiving. It is really run down and barely has enough parking for all the rooms. The pool is tiny and on the other side of the parking lot so not a very kid friendly location. We were there in October so it was closed and covered. but the pool area in general is extremely small. I don't think we would ever consider staying here again.

Good price for the place
It was a great place to spend the night. Was traveling to another destination and served as my mid point. The room was just renovated (New shower, sink, toilet, carpet and tile), but hte beds were a bit hard. Nice and clean.

Convenient to Colonial Williamsburg
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was simple but adequate (dry cereal, toast, doughnuts, juice, coffee). The location was close to Colonial Williamsburg, which was the purpose of our visit.

Great for the price
Very close to Bush Gardens, although parking was kinda confusing, the staff was extremely friendly. Nice quiet location with plenty of shops and attractions just a couple of minutes away. This motel was exceptional for the price we paid for two rooms! I would absolutely stay here again.

Busch Gardens and Historic Williamsburg are both less than 5 minutes away but the location is quiet and out of the busy traffic of the area. Very nice and comfortable.

Good, basic motel
Visited Colonial Williamsburg until late evening and were not in the room except to sleep. One night had very noisy neighbors who were loud and banging around until 3am, but that was not the motel's fault. Just a basic, no-frills motel.
