Hotel was great.. across street from the water park, and a Target.. Only a few min drives to all restaurants shopping area, Busch gardens and colonial Williamsburg. We were not really in the room that much only to sleep. So we did not use any hotel amenities..It was great for us!

Great location for the price
Great family hotel as it's right next to Busch Gardens and a water park. The staff was very friendly, and the pool was really nice. Very nice hotel.

Great stay!
I was hesitant about staying at this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but I was shown a great surprise! The location could not have been better for visiting Water Country. Pool was clean, rooms were clean, but room was noisy from kids down the hall. The hotel staff were great except for the person as you walk in trying to sell people a timeshare. Not the place nor time! Other than that, our experience was great and we will be returning.

A nice place to stay!
This was the perfect location for going to Water Country and Busch Gardens. The staff was friendly; the room was clean; and check-in/check-out was simple. However, the nearest restaurants are 3 or 4 miles away. Also, the side entrance had an air conditioner that dripped on you from the 8th floor.

Pleasantly surprised
We just wanted a place to sleep during our trip to Busch Gardens. This was just right. Inexpensive, very close to the parks, clean rooms. I was especially impressed with the quality of the mattresses, pillows, bed linens and towels. The hotel staff was very friendly and we were allowed to check-in early. No complaints, we'll definitely stay here again.

the hotel was a great place to stay the beds were very comfortable I had the best sleep that I have had in a very long time and the price was excellent.

golden corral for breakfast lunch and dinner you can't beat it, then for seafood lovers there is captain georges all you can eat seafood and more buffet

very good for the price,excellent steal
we went to both theme parks water country and busch gardens in one day. there should be a place to eat dinner while staying at the hotel.
