Days Hotel Busch Gardens Area

We were so pleased with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The room was clean and well cared for. The only thing we missed was there was no refrigerator in the room for our cold drinks. The restaurant, although it was only open from 8-11, was clean, food was terrific and the staff was excellent. We were made to feel right at home as if it were our hometown restaurant. Our appreciation goes out to all of them.

As far as location, very easy to the parks. If you want an inexpensive hotel with average comfort, the Days hotel was perfect. No real complaints. I was looking for an inexpensive option and this one worked for me. I just needed a place to sleep after the days at the parks.

We hated it After reading the review about them having bedbugs I didn't want to stay there and was very worried about it.

Great location for the price, easy access to the interstate.

We had asked for a handicapped accessable room. When we checked in they only had a room with a king sized bed. There were three adults in our party, so the clerk offered a roll away bed. We agreed to that. The roll away would have barely held a child. Called the front desk and was offered the room next door that wasn't handicapped accessable. We took it. The first room smelled bad. The second room was okay. We had breakfast at the in house restaurant. The food was not that great.. This hotel should have a complimentary breakfast but doesn't. Staff was great.

Great staff and our room was clean. Easy to find from the interstate-

Great location. Across the street from Water Country USA and an easy 2 miles from Busch Gardens. We were on the second floor above a very noisy ball room being used by a family reunion. Could clearly hear songs word for word. Doors need better padding. A young group of teenagers were on our hall constantly slamming doors at late hours of the night. However, if none of this occurs during your stay, this is a good choice of accommodations. Restuarant on sight. Would stay again.

There really isn't anything nice I can say about this place - it was disgusting. I guess this is a classic case of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheap and so was the hotel. Rooms were dirty (there was nasty goop like stuff on our comforters, we ended up going to Target to get other blankets to use) the cleaning staff was rude. They came into our room, took our towels and trash, but didn't replace them. We had to track them down in the hallway to get towels and trashbags. Shower pressure was awful and the TV reception was horrible. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn't stand staying another night. The ONLY possitive was that it was close to Water Country and Busch Gardens - no other redeeming qualities.

The hotel is located less than 5 minutes from Water Country USA and only 10-20 minutes from any other place in Williamsburg and Lightfoot. The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff did forget to leave us new cups and ice bucket liner on one of the nights. The free Wi-Fi was weak during prime usage time, but the hotel does have a business center that has free internet access. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Location was good, room was clean, noise level was high. I was on the 7th floor and could hear everyone in the pool past 10 pm when the pool was supposed to be closed and doors down the hall closed very loudly.
