Comfort Inn Central

This is my favorite town and by far my favorite hotel. This place is awesome, It is close to everything

It was clean and just what I needed for my stay! Very good price. Staff was kind and generous.

we found a few long black hairs on the sheets when we turned back the bed spread. also some dirt and grit!!!! we like comfort inn,but not this one!!

room was clean, but had a little smell? comfortable beds, great location to eat and shop from. Staff went far beyond to make me comfortable... I'd stay there again.

It was a good experience. What stuck out and spoke volumes to me was the exceptional continental breakfast staff! I enjoyed the stay and staff was very friendly

Spent the weekend at Busch Gardens and stayed here at this motel. It was after 11pm before we checked in. Front desk clerk was very nice. It was also convenient to the park. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Average motel to rest your head.

We started our day with a good and nourishing breakfast. After a full day in Williamsburg (Jamestown and Yorktown) we returned for a little down time in the hotel. When we arrived back at the hotel our room was very clean and inviting. The staff was quite helpful and treated us very nicely. We have been to Williamsburg many times and always enjoy staying in a Comfort Inn regardless of its location.

The hotel was average. was a little more pricey than other hotels in area, but we wanted one with an indoor heated pool. The pool was indoors but not heated. It was cloudy and appeared not clean. The halls were very hot and so was the elevator.

I was in town for the week, and chose to stay at the Comfort Inn because I had stayed there on two prior occassions. Boy was I in for a surprise! There was no mention of the hotel being under renovation until we arrived and saw the posted signs announcing this. Our room was dusty, dingy, and depressing looking. That was bad enough, but we soon noticed that our bed comforters were spotted and dirty looking. When I turned back my comforter it was so filty it made me sick. I won't describe what it looked like, but use your worst imagine. I immediately took it off, washed my hands and called downstairs to the desk to report this. Someone from the office brought up a clean one, but did not bother to take the dirty one, or offer to have someone come up and get it. It was left on the floor until the next day when the room was cleaned. During the weekend we had no tissues to use, but luckily we had some from our purses. The empty box was just left there after the room had been cleaned. The area that served the continental breakfast was crowded, and as much as the waiter tried to keep things orderly and stocked he couldn't manage to keep things flowing; one reason being that the area was just too small for the amount of people that they were trying to make provisions for. By Sunday there was only boiled eggs,English Muffins, and cereal to choose from. A lot of people just looked at the case, grabbed their coffee and left. The Lobby and the Elevator were hot and uncomfortable. I have been to many Comfort Inns, and this was by far the worst. It will be a long time before I will consider booking with them again. I understand renovating, but why not let people know what you'll find if you choose to stay there.
