Great Location

The Waller Mill Inn is located close to many of the Williamsburg local attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were 96 restaurants within a 5 mile radius of the hotel so finding a nice restaurant was not a problem. The Waller Mill Inn offered a nice continental breakfast.

My review of Best Western Historic Area

We had a clean and comfortable room for a family of four. The cleaning staff and check-in staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the hallways were rather warm and the breakfast that was served wasn't a whole lot to offer but it was sufficient. There is a weird thing going on with the toaster but we dealt with it and it wasn't that big of a deal, just a little annoying. Overall, we had a nice time and would probably stay there again.

Great Location

The location fo this hotel is excellent. We were maybe 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg and no more than 10 miles from Busch Gardens. There are several family friendly restaurants in the area and stores such as K-Mart in case you forgot something at home. The room was large enough for all of us (4) and very clean and well maintained for our stay. Breakfast was offered every morning and the only thing lacking was the meat (no bacon or sausage). When I needed directions to Prime Outlets, the staff was very helpful.

Great for personal travel

Nicely located for easy access to the historic area as well as Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. There are several restaurants nearby for casual dining or carryout. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was better than many of the free breakfasts I have experienced. Make sure to get down to breakfast at least 30 minutes before it ends, as they start putting the food away promptly at the end.

All-around pleasant experience

The Williamsburg Best Western was very centrally looated yet off the busy traffic area, so that we could have daily walks. Very nice bath storage area with lots of shelves, so that personal items did not have to be stored on top of and clutter the counter space. Room was very well maintained. Pleasant hotel staff. All told, it was a very nice 3-day stay; and we would not hesitate to book this location again if in the area.
