Well they could keep pool and other activities open later. open dining area for off season travellers. change late check out policy

Was able to check in quickly 1 hour earlier than normal 4pm check in time. Nice fully equipped kitchen. Queen size bed was a little soft and the pillows too firm for our taste. Hotel literature states rooms soon to be updated with wall mounted flat screen TV in living area and more upscale linens in bedroom. The enclosed heated pool was only 4ft deep but plenty large and very warm. The jacuzzi was wonderful. The TVs could have used a station guide. The food in the attached restaurant was very good and a good value. Good walking distance to everything....right on the ocean in the middle of the boardwalk. The weather and water in October was very nice. There was a quest use washer and dryer on our floor that we found extremely useful.

Our stay was overall very good. The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent. Our only 'complaints' were minor, but could be significant to others. The air conditioner is in one room of the suite with no way to circulate air to the other rooms. The 'living room' and bathroom stayed pretty warm. We wished there was a balcony and that things were not so spread out among the floors of the hotel. i.e the ice machine is on the 7th floor, one type or drink machine on 4th, another on 1st, or 3rd. Minor complaints, I know, but these things may determine whether or not we will stay there again. Checkout was smooth, but could have been difficult. The computer was showing that we owed a balance even though we had pre-paid. A manager was there and was able to help the girl at the front desk. Some other people had been waiting for her to figure this out so they could check out. Be aware! You are required to pay $100 cash or have it held on a credit card as a 'safety fee' when you get there. You get this back at check-out. Overall we are happy we stayed there and will stay there again if we can't get a better place with a balcony.

This is a "resort", not a hotel. No daily maid service or coffee in rooms/lobby. A lot of money for such little service. Stuck in elevator for 15 minutes and they didn't seem to care. They take full payment in advance and have nothing to lose.

No balcony on an oceanfront room! Who ever heard of such a thing? Not a luxury suite as advertised. Too small for family of 4. Sign in lobby said "share your experience, we want you to be happy/satsified" but conversations with staff found this to be "not true". Waste of $ overall not to mention the shock of the extra $100 security deposit required at checkin. Nearly ruined our mother's day family weekend. Will NEVER visit this place again and would hope you think carefully before choosing it.

The staff was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to open the bedroom windows and sleep to the sound of the ocean...The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the 3 mile boardwalk with live music and shops in both directions. The pool was warm and clean and inviting. The room was a bit outdated as were other areas of the hotel, but still ok....We will be returning again next year.

It was a good experience and the staff was helpful and friendly. Super good oceanviews.

I was in town for the Shamrock Marathon, and was very pleased with everything about the hotel, except for the fact that we had to call daily for towells,and when called to ask why the room had not been cleaned or the linens changed, was told that they only clean the rooms after checkout. Other than that, nice stay, nice suite, nice ammenities. the exterior of the building is certainly worn, and the elevators are small, dirty, and loud, but the room itself was nice. Being in town for the marathon, and being locked out of the pool/spa by 9 pm was a definite sour note with me- as i could have really used the recovery time in those!! Shower- nice roomy shower, but the water would change on its own from freezing to scalding, and woudlnt stay consistent.
