This professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. Located at the south end of the Virginia Beach oceanfront between Atlantic and Pacific Avenue, this family oriented resort community is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the beauty of the beach. Each of our 142 units is adorned with beach accents and soft colors. Enjoy the surrounding area by taking in the many activities offered within steps of the resort such as aquatic sports, fishing, swimming, Beach Street USA with its live entertainment, and more. Virginia Beach has something for everyone. The property is non-smoking and is strictly enforced. Guests must be 21 years old to check-in. Credit card is required at check-in. Off Season Beach getaway

From the time of my reservation mix up (I booked the wrong date and had to switch) to the check out, everything was perfect. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The one bedroom suite I had reserved was well kept and clean. The kitchen was full stocked and more than what we (my gf and I) expected. Though it's one block from the beach, it's worth it. I would recommend this place to anybody on a budget and looking for a quite getaway or family weekend.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

It's across the street from the famous Waterman's restaurant (recommended by the staff). Their staff as well as the food was superb.

Not what it seems

This hotel claimed to be a resort with a suite for your room. The suite part was correct...there's a living room area, kitchenette, etc. which was fine. However, they do not provide daily housekeeping services unless requested and paid extra for. The pool is in the main lobby and smells WAY strong of chlorine. There was no fitness center, or complimentary breakfast. Something in the ventilation system in the room air conditioning unit caused both of us in the room to have horrendous sneezing/allergy fits. I wouldn't stay here again.
