Knights Inn and Suites Virginia Beach VA

Only at the beach for a short time therefore didn't care if I wasn't ocean front. It's a short walk to the beach across the street. I didn't expect grand accommodations due to the price. It's pretty cheap compared to the ocean front hotels. I would say it's clean but very basic. Fridge and microwave in room are handy. I am very glad that the beds are in the back of the "suite" because when people hang out on the walkway outside the rooms, it can be very loud. We happened to be staying in a weekend when a bunch of what seemed to be college or high school age kids consumed the whole hotel. Evidently the police had to come several times because they had over 20 people in their room. I'll probably never stay at another hotel that has exterior entrances to rooms. Way to loud!

While the room met our basic needs for the weekend (beds & bathroom) it is in need of some updating. There are no alarm clocks in the bedroom and no phone located near the bed for a wake up call.

Proximity to beach was great. Carpet stained our feet and we couldn't connect to the "free wi fi". A/C unit did its job on two very hot days.

Stayed here while celebrating multiple birthdays with family. Location was great, furniture is dated but the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The location was great for the younger generation to go clubbing while we relaxed. All in all a good value for the price.

First off, I thought I was getting a 2 room suite with a complete kitchen. There was no stove, only a tiny refrigerator. the tile in the "kitchen" was sticky, bathroom was filthy, carpet filthy, no coffee pot without a $10 deposit, on the corner near 2 bars. No security.

Staff were friendly. Location was close to beach, easy walk. Restaurants & shopping near by

The location was excellent. Rooms are spacious with 2 tv's and a pull out sofa. We enjoyed the few days there. The only downside was the room could have been a little more clean. (some garbage and hair from prior occupants). The parking is also very cramped.

I needed 2 rooms because I brought my 2 sons and their 3 friends down to VB for their 18th birthday. The hotel fit my budget and was roomy enough. I got 2 rooms, one for them , one for my wife and I. The rooms were ok, location was really good. The room itself needed a radio, alarm clock, and maybe a bigger bathroom..Bathroom matched the towels, very small. All in all it was an ok hotel. If I needed to go cheap again, I would go here again. Hopefully I don't need to.

Good price for what I needed. Right off the beach. Parking spaces were very small and you could barley get out of your car. If you had two cars there you had to pay $10 extra a day and park across the stree.

The staff is great- friendly and helpful. Location is good.
