Days Inn Virginia Beach Town Center

Check in was smooth. Parking was good and right in front of your room doors.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is really a horrible "MOTEL" not even close to be a two-star "hotel". This is more like a family run cheap motel. First of all, they did not care I complained something was not working in the room. I asked for a room change but they said no. They said they could only write down the problem and got back to me the next day morning. The next day morning when I did checkout, they did not say any words at all. The breakfast selection is beyond cheap. I never saw any hotel breakfast did not provide any juice for the free breakfast. You can tell the food quality is beyond cheap!! Most of the hotel I was in before would provide at least two small soap bars, one shampoo and one condition. This "motel" (again, I would not call it hotel) only provide one small, thin soap (like a piece of square chocolate) and one shampoo. Not even mention the towels. In general this is a very cheap motel and they do not want you to come back.

This hotel is horrible. First, [...], this is NOT a two star hotel. This is a mom-and-pop motel with tiny rooms and dirty bathrooms. Second, they didn't have baby cribs [...]. Very disappointing since this was the last thing on my mind after a long day at the beach. [...]. Again, next time I will avoid Days Inn at all costs... [...].

This hotel is a direct shot down 264 to the ocean front. However, hotel is in poor to fair condition; no hot water in shower, small pools, rooms smeeled, had to have keys reprogrammed every day, shower fan noisy, guest noisy, lousy (very high fat) continental breakfast. Great new McDonalds on the corner within walking distance with wi-fi and all.

Upon check in at the Days Inn, we noticed that the room was missing the iron; there was a hole in the wall from where the door had been slammed against it, personal items from the previous renters were left on the bathroom floor, and a used bar of soap also from the previous renter was left in the shower. Also - HVAC leak that lkeft styanding water right in front of the entrance to our room

We went to virginia beach, the aquarium, have been here before

The rooms were small, not very clean. There was dust, dirt, pills and debris under edges of bed. The beds were not comfortable. The outside light on one of our rooms was not working. The Wi fi internet did not work, i notified them twice and it was never fixed. The door handle on one of the rooms broke and it took them 2 hours to come fix it. The overall stay was poor and not what i expected to enjoy on a family vacation that has been a long time to take.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was also pleasant and welcoming. The only issue that we had for the time we were there were the mosquitoes. We left with a few bites. Overall our stay here was superior to other places that we have stayed in Virginia Beach.
