Days Inn Virginia Beach At The Beach

We stayed for 2 nights here and it was in a great location, walk out the door and you're on the boardwalk! Across the street is the beach. Perfect location for your stay. Lots of shops, restaurants, and beach all within walking distance.

The hotel is located w/ good beach views & excellent access to the boardwalk. It features a nice pool, pretty good cont breakfast, and an adequate exercise room. The room was spacious w/ attractive furniture; and had storage around the microwave that almost created a kitchen. There was aso free wi-fi, which was good because I had rushed the season by about a month. We spent the time avoiding the rain by going to local theatres and neighborhood restaurants. If you go too early also, take someone you love and you will find this a great choice of a place to stay. Dave & Rose

While this hotel is not on the beach it is still a wonderful choice, much cleaner than a lot of other oceanfront rooms I've stayed in, will diffently stay here again, the only thing I couldn't figure out was one of the entrances was kept blocked with a car so there was only one entrance.

It was an good location, right across the street from the beach. Near plenty of stores and food joints. We had a balcony that over looked the street so we could see all the people traveling around. The only set back was the jets flying by day and night. I know their is not much that can be done but, it would have been nice to have been warned you are going to hear jet noise and they fly so close you could wave at the pilot.

I booked this hotel and was a little on edge when I read the reviews. However, when I got here I was pleasantly suprised. The staff was friendly, comical and helpful. The room was perfect for what we needed. The king bed was comfortable and clean. The room and bathroom were clean as well. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.

Although the location was a perfect distance, the cleanliness and room amenities were less than perfect. There was mold in the bathroom, the ceiling and moldings were falling apart. The door was open and the floor was wet when I arrived. The space in the bathroom was less than desirable. All night there were loud noises and shouting from other guests. I was afraid to be there alone! Nothing seemed to be clean! The staff however were very nice.

Good location, staff was friendly, room wasn't very clean...a layer of dust everywhere, holes in the blankets, trash under the bed, the shampoo bottle in the bathroom had already been partially used..but the room was very cheap in the off season. Would never pay the regular rate during the season

Best hot water ever! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Perfect location!

You got more for the money. We chose the new wing, rather than the big building, which had a more open ambience.

I was in Va. Beach for 2 nights for a Navy Reunion. It was your basic room, bathroom and vanity. It was inexpensive and no thrills. A/C was loud the first night and when I told the front desk in the morning, they replaced the A/C completely. The second night's sleep was much better. Good location, near everything. Routine continental breakfast.
