This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We checked out within an hour of checking in because of filth. Pest infestation, broken a/c, bathrooms had bodily fluids on every surface, unclean linens, and I could go on. The staff was
unhelpful. The night manager claimed he had personally cleaned the room, and refused to move us or provide a refund. Contacted the general manager, provided him with all of the specifics, and two days later I have yet to even receive acknowledgement. I then contacted econolodges corporate customer relations department, and they are working with me to resolve this poor experience. Do not stay here.
I was greeted at the "drive-up" window late at night by a man sleeping on a mattress on the floor. That should have been my first sign that sleeping in my car was probably the better choice. After I got to my room, I immediately got ready for bed,
turned down the sheets on the first bed & I was greeted by stains on the sheets. I turned down the second bed & found cleaner sheets but stained pillow cases. So after switching the pillows, I drifted off to sleep. When I woke in the morning, I went to use the facilities and I was thankful I wore my flip flops to the restroom since I noticed short dark hairs
We were attending a wedding and they recommend this place to stay. It was close to the place of the wedding. But the room was so nasty. The people that was at the wedding all complained about the rooms how unhappy they were. It is bad when a
preacher say that it was her worst stay and she did not sleep under the covers but on top of the covers. Nasty showers had to clean it before using it.
When we arrived at checkin desk, greeting was good.[...]. When we left the room for a few hours and returned our key would not open the room, which we found out the room was locked so that the other attendent could return our money, that we had
paid earlier, that we were not suppose to.Come to find out the attendent was the wife, and the second one was the husband..When we got to the room we were suppose to have a king or queen bed and it was a double. We just stayed in that rooom, to keep from anymore drama. It was somewhat upsetting.
