Good Clean Hotel
Hotel and room were clean and looked new. Staff was great. Fairly noisy HVAC which we left off at night. Room a little too hot. Pretty quiet except Sat. night. Very good hot breakfast. Biggest problem was room smelled of smoke - we should have changed rooms but were too tired to deal with it. Overall would recommend.

After. Long day of softball this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The room was clean comfortable and welcoming. I would differently stay here again. The location was perfect you had food to the left a mall to the right and a movie theater less then 2miles away

Little Getaway with my GirlFriend
My girlfriend and I spent a night in this hotel, and everything was great. Room was clean and comfy, and staffs were nice. great deal!!

Run!!! Do not stay here!!!
I flew into to town to attend my graduation. The hotel sucks!!! The floor had not been vacuumed in what seems to be months. There was a year's worth of dirt and dust built upn along the walls. The faucet was filthy. The bathroom wall had something on it...poop, if you ask me. They attempted to give me a different room but it was in the same condition. Complained to manager nothing happened, complained to 1-800 number nothing happened. I sent pictures to consumer affairs and within 20 minutes the manager phoned me to tell me about a room at a different location.

Great location and nice place!
Stay over the Easter weekend... place was very clean, staff was very helpfull and nice. Hotel was perfectly located, only 20 miles from downtown DC. Would highly recommend!

Stay at Hyatt Place Sterling
The only bad things I have to say about the place was the ice maker wasnt working on my floor and my Fiancee & I came back late Sat evening about 2am and a staff person was hard to find. But at 2am not a lot was going on so I wasnt terribly upset. The room was nice, free internet was a plus. The nice 42-46 inch plasma TV was really nice. I would definitely stay here again and for the price orbits got it for $61.00 (normally 100 +) makes it a steal. Thanks [...]!
