The Hyatt Place hotel was a great value. The room was big, with a nice seating area and work space. The king bed was comfortable and the layout was conducive to both comfort and work. The morning breakfast, as well as the early shuttle, was quite convenient. It is quiet and conveniently located.

Run!!! Do not stay here!!!
I flew into to town to attend my graduation. The hotel sucks!!! The floor had not been vacuumed in what seems to be months. There was a year's worth of dirt and dust built upn along the walls. The faucet was filthy. The bathroom wall had something on it...poop, if you ask me. They attempted to give me a different room but it was in the same condition. Complained to manager nothing happened, complained to 1-800 number nothing happened. I sent pictures to consumer affairs and within 20 minutes the manager phoned me to tell me about a room at a different location.

Great location and nice place!
Stay over the Easter weekend... place was very clean, staff was very helpfull and nice. Hotel was perfectly located, only 20 miles from downtown DC. Would highly recommend!

Hyatt Place was great
The room and beds were very comfortable. There is a big flat screen TV. Channel selections were a little limited, but overall it was very good. The potential electrical connections to the flatscrren TV were impressive if you had the time and inclination.

Fine.
It was a nice comfortable stay we had there - the hotel staff were not exceptional, but not bad either. Liked the breakfast setup and pool.
