Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Town Center

We were there over night everything was good until housekeeping knocked on the door at 930 am! Check out was at noon. I could hear the women through the wall while they were cleaning the adjacent room. When I addressed it with the front desk the woman Looked at me and said well did u have the do not disturb sign on the door? She was really rude about it. Shouldn't housekeeping know which rooms as occupied?

This hotel is having quite a bit of work done, which I was unaware of at the time of booking, probably would have looked elsewhere had I known. No bar area that I could see, restaurant area looked basic, and unless you have a car, you will struggle to get about, although there is an airport shuttle. Maybe ok when the work is all finished.

Baby's first birthday was a great time. Courtyard was close to family and near all the locations we needed. Lots of good restaurants and decent golf courses although the weather was pretty wet and cold. Staff of Courtyard looked and acted like they were interested in working to high standards. Friendly, helpful, and professional looking. Comfortable to walk in here.

This hotel was great for the price. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of towels and pillows, which my husband loved. For my husband the bed was a little hard for his liking but I thought it was comfortable. We also purchased dinner one night from the Market inside the lobby. It was fairly good pricing and they had a lot of options. We loved the room! It was big and very roomy. My husband loved the television. It was nice to have a couch and a big desk for our computer so we could plan our sites to see in Washington DC. Overall this is a wonderful hotel and we would stay there again.

The hotel was a stop to break up a long drive on our way home from a vacation. While the beds were large and comfortable, it would have been better to have a few extra towels so we could shower in the evening to wash off the travel grit, and again in the morning before getting back in the car for more driving without having to reuse damp towels. Also, it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave to keep our soda cool for the next day and to be able to pop some popcorn for an evening snack before bed since we were too tired to go out for food or even call for room service and deal with that expense.

The "good" - The location was great, right next to the Dulles Town Center mall and easy access to Hwy 7 I walked across the street for shopping and great restaurants. I also felt comfortable in the neighbor and took a nice Friday morning walk around the small. The bad - When I returned from my Friday morning walk I was a little hungry and went into the breakfast area of the hotel. I grabbed a drink of water thinking this was Continental breafast and a man approached and said would you like breakfast so my mind started racing is this NOT CONtinental breakfast - so I went to the front desk and ask the the young lady if continental breakfast was free and SHE said no it depends on your room rate so I gave her my room number and said no ITs not free...This was the first time ever even in the worst hotel that I have been Denied CONTINENTAL breakfast it was shocking I have booked many hotels through [...] but this time I choose Court Yard by Marriot...SO later that evening it really bother me so I went to the desk and asked again and was given a complimentary breakfast for the next morning by another lady at the front desk....I have never in my life been denied Continental Breakfast ...this was so Wierd.The UGLY was the LAME reason ...because I got a cheaper rate...I got a cheaper rate expecting the same amenities...I just booked the room early...I just can't believe this was a Marriot...WOW!

A great family hotel for long distance travelers looking to rest and regroup after a long flight to Washington-Dulles. Perfect jump-off point to anywhere on the NE US and we paid only $59 per night plus tax. And, there is free parking and Internet access! Across the road from Dulles Town Center shops and restaurants. Hard to beat!

We only needed a one night stay for a good price and we got a very good hotel for an excellent price. Very good location, close to a mall and many restaurants.

Nice hotel and staff.. older property but newly refurbished.. room was small but had all needed amenities.. the hotel is next to a mall and very close to IAD.

Great location. Comfortable, well designed room.
