Comfort Inn & Suites Airport Dulles-Gateway

worst hotel I have been in for quite some time checked out after first day due to bugs on wall and no hot water for shower

We stayed here just to take a break from series of long round-the-world flights. Beds super comfortable. We were too tired to realize our room was next to the breakfast room. Noisy!

The heating system was off when we entered the room, it took at least 20min until it good warm, I founded a bug on the window, when I entered there was no one in the front desk, and in the morning, all their meat was only pork

hotel is very close to dulles airport which was our reason to stay there(they have a shuttle to airport). however, i was unaware of the extra charge to leave car at hotel($7 per day) which added an additional $49 to our total. not sure if i just missed it when i booked the hotel or if it wasn't mentioned.

im a mother who gives 100% to my kids and my family i needed a weekend to my self just to relax and to see a friend.i wasnt so sure about stayin at the comfort inn didnt seem like a place i would enjoy my sleep but i was wrong it was great place friendly staff hard workin people there to make sure u have what u need very clean they are there for you i would stay there everytime i visit thank you comfot inn

It's okay. A typical 2nd Star Hotel. The only thing I am disappointed is that I asked for a double bed but I was given a king size bed. Also, I was given a wake up call at 7:00pm when I did not ask for one--that really annoyed me.

We were very pleased with our room although the hallway could have used a freshener to get rid of the smoke smell. The shuttle was very good and the drivers were helpful..

Staff was very nice and location was good. The best part was definitely the large, comfortable room. The bed was also very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this Comfort Inn. Superior rooms for the price!!

The room in the hotel was average sized. The bathroom had a very noisy toilet and a leaky faucet. The air conditioning was continually going on and off during the night, however it was so loud turning on and off that it would wake me up every half hour or so. On top of that, a bunch of drunk people down the hall proceeded to slam their door 15 times in a row until someone came to stop them. The receptionist both on check and check out were not friendly, did not smile, nor asked how my stay was.

Night staff was friendly and welcoming and the lobby, breakfast area and room were beautiful and modern. Our air conditioner leaked water causing a moldy odor. If not for this, our stay would have been amazing.
