BEST WESTERN Dulles Airport Inn

Everything at this Best Western really worked out very well from the staff to the amenities and comfort. I will stay here on my next visit to the area.

Short stay, less that 24hrs. People were nice and helpful. Left 6 large boxes at front desk for UPS pickup and they were very accommodating.

Staff was very helpful. Long term parking available reasonably priced. Shuttle service to airport always available. Breakfast bar has great variety.

Free shuttle to airport is very helpful and close to the airport was the reason for choosing this hotel. It was a good price and convenient for an early flight.

I don't know how else to explain it -- I could NOT have asked for me. I went to D.C. with some friends to do all the sightseeing, and it was perfect. They have a free van service to take you to pick you up and take you to the airport, and we used that service to go to Dulles everyday, and from there we would just take a bus to downtown D.C. We'd view DC all day and get back in the evening the same way we arrived. The breakfast was great. The beds were so comfortable and the room was so clean. One of my friends even thought she lost a bag in the room and when I called to ask about it later they were so considerate. It's such a great experience staying here -- one of the best hotel experience ever. Just very pleasant and quaint and everything you would want. The other guests were polite and we could eve use the pool at the Holiday Inn next door (because the owners were the same). If you're coming to the DC area to travel, stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Started to stay for three nights and stayed on for another five nights. Everything was really nice with location & airport shuttle. Staff just great in all areas. Will stay here next time.

I had to drop off a rental car at Dulles (IAD) and catch a very early flight. This hotel is one of the closest offsite to Dulles and the rental agencies. The staff was very helpful and picked me up with the hotel shuttle at the car rental the evening before so I could go straight to the airport very early. The hotel staff are very easy to work with and very accommodating. The room is basic but very clean. The only drawback was a somewhat noisy air conditioner. I travel to the area frequently and this is now my preferred hotel in the area. reat value for money.

This was a motel. However, the staff was as good as ANY hotel I have visited. My only complaint was that the room smelled like dirty socks...leading me to believe that this property is WAY overdue for carpet replacement. Good value, but wear your shoes.

The hotel was a little distance from the airport and we decided to get a taxi instead of the advertised shuttle bus (which only comes by arrangement). Otherwise, the stay was excellent - the beds were clean and comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast. For the price and location, we couldn't have asked for better.

Arrived late at night via shuttle from Dulles. All staff were helpful and courteous. Shuttle driver took us to rental car agency! Bed and pillows pretty standard, so didn't sleep too well. Older hotel/decor. Breakfast is standard fare but coffee was pretty good! OK place to lay your head down for a night. Entrance to rooms is from outside and there are no elevators.
