Good Value Trip
Room was slightly dated BUT very clean. Bed was very comfortable and had a medium weight cover which I loved , compared to the flimsy ones you usually get. The best was the A/C that worked A++++ which is the one & only thing that I "require" to be first rate!!!!

Not a pleasant stay
Sent us to an already occupied room. Had to return to office to get another room, which was only one bed. Sheets had some dirt on them. Toilet ran constantly. Night staff was unorganized. Would not stay there again.

Accommodating but worn down
It was a pleasant place which is need of upfitting the rooms and the grounds. The buffet was good, and the personnel were helpful with directions and support. But the bathtub water could not be retained, and the television reception was poor. They accepted a pet, which was a requirement for us.

GOOD VALUE
We were in the area on business and found the hotel convenient and comfortable. Could have been cleaner. We can be sticklers on this. The second night they cleaned everything much better. Overall we felt it was a good value

Family friendly
The Quality Inn in Staunton was comfortable and quite the room had a table and two chairs. The location was right off the highway.
