The Quality Inn is located near Richmond International Airport. Our amenities include FREE wireless high-speed Internet, Legends sports bar and lounge on premises, seasonal pool, and 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. We are seven miles from the Richmond International Raceway. Business center features Internet access along with access to copy services and printing abilities. 100 percent non-smoking guest rooms. A Friendly Place

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was clean and exactly as advertised. It was conveniently located near the airport with a good shuttle service.

No Attention to Details

The room was very clean and modern and the front desk staff was very friendly. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT TRIP IF THEY HAD PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL. It was late when I checked in and after I showered and got in bed I discovered that the TV remote did not work..they fixed it the next day. The maid knocked on my door even though the do not disturb sign was out and scowled at me for turning her away. The hotel also owns the hotel next door which is where the guest laundry is located. When I attempted to ask that manager where the laundry was located, he held his hand out to sush me and continued with a personal phone call. I waited a few minutes and he never acknowledged me again. When I shhok my head and lef in disgust he made no effort to stop and help me....it was incredibly rude. I could have gotten better service at a budget motel.

It was ok...

Just a few downers. Poor breakfast, internet service was not working for most of the night and when it was finally fixed, it was real slow. I got stuck on the elevator between the second and third floor for about 5 minutes. Other than that, the staff was helpful, ok quiet and inexpensive place to spend one night when traveling for work. Not really what I would look for when vacationing.

clarion hotel

the hotel room was clean and spacious. the location was great. the only complaint I have is with the front desk personnel. She was not welcoming at all.

Extremely Disappointed

The rooms were clean. The elevators were not working. The guest that stayed had to carry their luggage to the third and fourth floors using the stairwell.The breakfeast bar was very limited, no real choices. The resturaunt at supper only had a buffet. At check in the front desk help which was only one person was constantly on the phone.It took twenty minutes to check in due to lack of help. I am a frequent traveler for business and stay in hotels at least 130 nights per year.This hotel has been the worst I have stayed in.The staff was friendly but had nothing to work with.
