I had a Great experiance at Best Western
It was easy to get there from airport and the staff were very nice, helpful and very friendly I would recommend this place for anyone that likes to stay in Richmond. Very Cozy room with fridge & microwave oven & coffee machine. Full service I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you. Ray Vegan

Great hotel for the dollar.
Hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. Location was great. We were very close to the airport and I thought we would have noise related to that, but we didn't. Staff was pleasant. All in all a great value.

Perfect for airport lodging
The amenities and comfort level, combined with the price fit the bill for a traveler who needs a place near the airport. There is a nice breakfast in a comfortable breakfast room that is included. The rooms are very good for the price level. There is an airport shuttle and the staff was helpful. For example, they helped me get a cab when I needed to go downtown. I would stay here again.

After I finished my bvusiness in downtown Richmond, I went on a guided tour of the state Capitol Building. It is free and very interesting if you like American history.

Not the normal Experience
For many years I have preferred the Best Western Chain of independently operated motels. This location is excellent in location with reference to the airport, but lacks the normal "warm & fuzzy" feeling. Needs attention in the breakfast area, Internet service, fluffy towels, and providing the services indicated in the notebook provided in each room.

From Queens to Orangeburg
From Queens headed to Orangeburg!
My daughter and I stayed here and loved it. Excellent. Clean room on first floor. Took advantage of the work out room. Quite small. Had access to a TV in the work out room. Bathroom in room was clean and up to par. Would recommend it for all!
