Days Inn Roanoke Civic Center

Everything was fine. My friend and I were there for my Son's wedding. It was a fantastic weekend and the Days Inn was a good place to stay. It was very convenient to everything we needed and we would definitely stay there again.And the price was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this Days Inn to anyone wanting to visit Roanoke, Virginia.

Very dirty bathroom. Sink didn't drain well at all. Dated and dirty room. No seal on door to keep air, noise or bugs out.

This Hotel is located centrally to Roanoke Civic Center. The Staff was friendly and prompt with Check-in. I rented a jacuzzi suite, the room was large and clean, but outdated as typically found in older hotel buildings. The jacuzzi didn't work in the room, nor did most lamps. I notified the front desk of the situation at check- out and was told that I would be compensated and only pay for a normal room, but I would have to call [...]and take care of it myself. [...]

The place was horrible it was dirty and it smelledI complained to management all they did was spray air freshner which made it worse. There was coffee but no coffee maker, no garbage bag. The bathroom was dirty. But the worse was the smell. I ended checking out early and took a financial loss which I could not afford, but It was better to sleep in the car. I had to check in to another hotel spending more money than ever instead of saving money[...] I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I thought the staff was friendly and helpful, but this hotel needs to be renovated. The walls need to be repainted to cover all of the stains. My key card stopped working every time I left the hotel. The mattresses were rock hard. The supposed breakfast was lacking. On a positive note, the AC worked, which has not always been my experience with hotels begging for repairs. Additionally, I did not find any bugs, which prevented me from labeling the hotel as a hellhole.

I asaked for early check-in. She refused, then when I did get to check in, she put me behind the staircase.

It was very good except I guess it was bike week and the motorcycles were noisy at night.

Everything about the hotel was horrible! The man who checked me in tried charging me again for the room though I had already paid online. The room was DISGUSTING (no towels, used shampoo bottles in the shower, broke lampshade, remote didn't work...just to name some of the issues)! As of right now I would NEVER stay at this hotel again (and I might avoid Days Inn all together)! Don't stay at this hotel if you have any choice in the matter!!

My daughter and I traveled to Roanoke on a shopping trip. While staying at the motel, we were disappointed with the cleanliness (lack of it). There was leftover soap in shower. We had to hold the lever on the commode to flush it. Chairs need shampooed. The top lock was broken on door. Heat controls were broken.

The Days Inn was suitable to what we needed it for. We were visiting the area for a festival in the downtown park at Roanoke, and just needed a place to stay for the night. The location was very convenient to downtown, the civic center, the mall and other shopping, and nice dining. The rooms were not in the best condition - old furniture, tv, wallpaper, etc. And not the cleanest. But - again, it served the purpose we needed for the quick stay.
