Casual, Cozy, Comfortable, and Convenient
Although we had to ask for directions to the hotel, once we arrived we truly could appreciate its location. Dining and shopping choices surrounded the area. You could easily walk to eat and shop. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was comfortable and well furnished. We had a restful evening. The alarm clock and coffee pot were easy to manipulate. It took only a few minutes to get to our meeting the following morning. We would definitely stay there again.

Be prepared to have many choices for dining. Some places were new and different. Others were old favorites. There were lots of good choices.

Best Western Roanoke
The hotel was a bit difficult to find, as it is hidden behind another hotel and the sign on the street is not that noticeable. The breakfast was quite satisfying and there was a good variety of choices. Overall this was a good place to stay and I would recommend it.

Nice simple no frills
Nice Simple hotel for good value. Close to the big mall and airport. Easy access to everything. Room was clean. Shower was awsome.

Very Nice Hotel
This was a very nice hotel. The room was large and well furnished. The bed was comfortable. The in-room wireless internet was easy to use. And, the price was very reasonable for the service provided.

"Best bang for the buck"
I was in Roanoke on Business for the first time. I was looking for the best deal from a hotel chain, not an independant bed-bug facility. [...] the pepto-pink building got me wondering about the place. But I will tell you that i had the best ever experience with the staff.....Thanks [...]! Also the room had all the ammenities of the 100 plus hotels next to it and an indoor heated pool. I am excited just talking about it. Would recommend to anyone!

Mom on the run
Difficult to find at night
I drove into Roanoke in the late evening and the hotel was difficult to find. The address was not while indecated example being Valley View but you had to take Valley view east and north to find the hotel.
