Modern comforts close to many of Richmond’s attractions
The Westin Richmond is conveniently located on Broad Street just off Interstate 64 at Reynolds Crossing. The seven-story hotel is close to the many local attractions and landmarks that Richmond has to offer. Business travelers appreciate the hotel's proximity to numerous corporations in the surrounding area, such as Reynolds Development, Alcoa, Altria, and Genworth Financial. This hotel is a Westin Hotel in every way. The room is very comfortable, clean and modern. Although I was surprised at the $9.95 per day rate for internet access. The staff was very pleasant. I was most impressed by the gym. I expected a small workout room but it is actually a full gym. The restaurant also had a very good menu... drove around the area and wasn't very impressed by the food selections.. nothing I found on a Sunday came close to the hotel restaurant. I will stay at this hotel again.

Weekend in Richmond
It was an enjoyable experience for the most part. The bed and shower were amazing. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I do feel that there should be some kind of continental breakfast offered. The refreshment fridge was not working, but they did provide another fridge after our 2nd request.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The design of the hotel was sharp and sophisticated. If you plan on taking a taxi downtown, expect to pay, but it's much nicer than any of the hotels I've stayed in downtown.

Exceptional stay
What a spectacular hotel! From the moment of arrival until check out, the experience was awesome. Room was QUIET, cool, clean and spa-like. I can't say enough about the heavenly king bed, wow! Although we did not have time to try the heated pool or the workout facility (because we were so comfortable) it looked divine. There is 24 hour service available, including room service. A true delight, I cannot wait to "escape" there again!

The hotel staff was decent enough; the pool was extremely slippery. I slipped and my son banged his head slipping. It was over cholorinated to the point that my children wouldn't stop coughing until we left. The next morning, they could not keep up with the coffee demand. There was no regular coffee and after waiting for them to get more coffee, there was no creamer. When we asked for more, the staff seemed annoyed to handle our request.

Great Hotel
We stayed here because we had to go to a wedding. Hotel staff was very friendly. Had no complaints of the room. The bathroom was huge. Pool and hot tub was nice. The location was great, right off the highway. All and all would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay
This was my first stay at a Westin in some time. I was really impressed. Great service, good food, friendly bar staff who made a mean martini, and a relaxing, spa-like vibe throughout the hotel. Well-managed and really comfortable hotel.

Richmond VA Westin
Service and accomodations good. Restaurant is quite good, but they very much need to improve the quality of the bread that is served for breakfast. It's of the quality you get at the grocery store, but they need to upgrade to real whole wheat, loaf multigrain--not the grocery store sliced bread. Also, would be really nice to have a NY Times paper available. Otherwise--terrific!

Great! Everyone is friendly and helpful
I went to Richmond to give a seminar at the University of Richmond. The hotel was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I would most certainly go back to Westin.
