Needed a quick place to stay for an overnighter and found SpringHill Suites right next to where I needed to be. Very convenient to all kinds of shopping and food, as well as right off the interstate. Actually booked the wrong type of room, and once realized, the hotel staff was very accomodating and got it changed right away!

One of the best
My girlfriend and i go on a lot of trips and book a lot of hotels from sites like this and i can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in in a while. Everyone was friendly the hotel was clean and the room was VERY spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Plus it was right off the interstate and easy to find.

My time at the hotel was spent very comfortably. There was no noise or issues while staying there. The breakfast was great, and they offered alot of options food wise. I would definitely stay there again and take advantage of their indoor pool next time.

nice stay
I was in Richmond visiting friends. The hotel is centrally located..right off interstate..down the street from Short Pump mall,shops, restaurant. The decor is very nice still had Christmas decorations up. I arrived a bit earlier then check in and they let me check in early. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. The staff are helpful if needed but dont speak by greeting you. The room was wonderful everything you could need....I would stay here again. Great value for your money in comparison to other hotels in this price range.

Great value
The manager was very professional/helpful. The hotel is upgrading itself and has new linens, TVs, and free WiFi (be sure to ask for a room with a good connection... ours was supposed to be the best and we barely got connected). The refrig/microwave were nice to have. It is an older building though... metal stains inside toilet, metals doors have seen better days, the refrigerator door was hard to open. The breakfast is full (waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, cereal, etc.). It met our needs very well... a clean room for one night at a low rate with internet and breakfast included.

Good accomodations
The hotel staff were friendly and service oriented. The room was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds and bedding. The hotel is near Broad Street and close to shopping/dining. A good hotel for the price - and easy on/off highway but without the highway noise. Only disappointment is small workout facilities and pool. Also, the pool should be maintained better - the water quality looked poor in both the hottub and pool, so we didnt use it.
