Staff Problems
Everything a "5" except for the staff. There was no main desk. the check-in was part of the breakfast room area. There apparently was a room behind the breeakfast room/front desk area where staff members congregated. In the mornings, During the breakfast period the kitchen staff congregated in the front desk staff area or in the back room. One had to actively seek them for assistance and or service. When found, some of them were not very congenial or friendly but rathey gave the impression that we were putting them out. . When we went to check in for the airport shuttle we had to wait until someone showed up at the front desk area. Then when they finally sent out the driver he was very surly and barely civil. Again we got the impression that we were interrupting him and he gave the impression he was not happy about it. We would stay there again, though the front desk and breakfast area help left much to be desired.

A Good Deal
Overall, my experience at Hyatt Place was excellent. While I didn't have the opportunity to utilize the amenities, everything I might have needed for an extended stay seemed to be available. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the room was very spacious and comfortable considering how reasonably-priced it was. The only major thing that would have improved my stay was if I had been warned beforehand that my credit card would be temporarily charged a fee regardless of whether or not I utilized amenities. This was not explained to me upon sign-in or sign-out (when I was told that I didn't owe anything for amenities)—I had to call the hotel to figure out why I had been charged for services I had not used.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is a bit difficult to get to some of them without a car, though—the farther you get from the hotel, the fewer sidewalks you'll find.

Great place to stay near airport
The room was very clean and nice. The desk help was very friendly. One of the Managers, Sean, was extremely helpful and nice. Took a little bit to get the shuttle to the airport early in the am, but overall very good. Several restaurants near by, one in walking distance that was very good. I was able to park my car there while I was on vacation for a total of $5, with a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Nice....
They were understaffed. But the one staffer, James, was awesome! He did everything in the hotel. They had an elevator break down left them with only one. Had to wait a long time! Overall, really nice hotel! Would stay again.

This is a first class hotel, with a lot of attention paid to details. If they had a restaurant that would have been a good bet for dinner instead of all th e chains in the area.Nothing was missing from my stay with regard to service. Use of the pool was a pleasure, since I had it to myself.

There's avery nice aviation museum at the airport that is worth considering. Rather than the usual collection of worn out surplus militasry airframes usually on display, this is a modest collection of mostly civil aircraft from out history.
