Convenient location, great amenities
Very close to the airport, within walking distance of tons of stores and restaurants, and there is even a 24/7 cafe in the lobby if you get hungry in the middle of the night! The rooms were beautiful and looked more like a suite (with a sofa/sitting area space) even though the price was for a regular hotel room. We had a wonderful experience!

Hyatt Place Richmond Airport
It was the worst Hyatt I ever been in but it was only rated 3 stars. Carpets need shampooing bad. My white socks were dirty after the first day!

Lazy Days Ahead
I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place, the location is great and accessible to expressway of driving. I'd like to see more foods offered during breakfast times. Would be nice if hotel offered evening drinks!

1. The room is clean, and is big enough 2. Swimming pool, free wifi, free parking 3. Nice malls, restaurants around the hotel, but need to drive on highway for other interest points

Very convenient
This is an average mid-range business traveler hotel, similar to a Marriott Courtyard or a Hampton Inn. However, it is very convenient to the airport and reasonably convenient to Downtown. I had never been to Richmond before and flew in for an interview at VCU. This hotel is located right next to the airport and has good access to VCU, either by the interstate or through a single city street. I rented a car for this trip, so I do not know if the hotel offers shuttle service to downtown.
