Not bad
The place was clean and the staff was very nice. The kitchen and stove were nice. The iron stained our clothes and the bed was not comfortable. There were only 2 pillows. No shampoo or conditioner given. No internet. Otherwise a nice stay.

Ok, nothing to cheer about
OK. fridge & microwave in the room. No other pluses. No cleaning service between days I was in the room. I made my own bed, etc.. I stayed at another hotel chain,where there was a complimentary breakfast for $5.00 more a day. The other hotel chain had cleaner rooms.

Pick another hotel
The staff was friendly but thats about it . The roaches pretty much killed the whole experience . That and the fact that if you stay less that 7 days the staff does not come to clean the room . The bed was uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets or pillows .

Convenient
This Extended Stay America Richmond is in a very convenient location. It is easy to find from anywhere in Richmond. The accomodations are adequate for a long stay or just a few days. The room is clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze.
