Unacceptable and definitely not a 3-Star
My room was switched 3 times. The 1st room was already rented out. The bathroom was dirty in the 2nd room. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but the neighbors in the 3rd room was smoking [*]. [...] The fitness center had broken equipment and was substandard.
