great start to our trip
we stayed here for one night before we left for mexico..this was the cheapest price we could find the closest to the dulles airport. [...]The room was very clean, shower was big with two shower heads. we had a bed room area and small living area with two flat screens and a wall of windows. it was nicer than expected because of the price. we got a shuttle to and from the airport and park our car in their garage for no cost. started our trip off great and stress free!

Wonderful stay!!!
The room and atmosphere were FANTATIC! The staff were very helpful and nice. Always willing to help us or assist us in anyway. My room was upgraded for free to a Jr. Suite, it was spacious, very clean and the heavenly bed and shower were unbelievable! All in all, wonderful hotel. I have never had a bad experience with a Westin hotel and from now on it will always be my hotel if choice!

Westin Reston review
This hotel was absolutely beautiful--lots of wood and bright, cheerful artwork! The location sparkled with a sense of newness. The room was spacious, and the bathroom really clean. On the downside, the staff was lacking in prompt and courteous customer service. I'd also suggest eating out as the hotel food is very pricey, the room service also, and there was no microwave.

Westin is usually my first choice when I need to stay at a hotel. service is great, rooms are super clean and comfortable. The Westin in Reston Heights does not disappoint. The only complaint I have about this particular hotel and it's self parking garage, are that they're a little hard to find and navigate. It shares the same roads with other hotels in the same plot, so I was going in circles trying to figure out what was what. other than that, it was a perfect stay as always

Great business traveler accomodations
Hotel was great, shuttle picked me up from the airport with no wait, the hotel clerk asked the shuttle driver to wait for me before he left since I was several gates away which he did. Workout facilities were great, loved TVs in the treadmills. Room was great, clean and tidy. I would have liked to have seen a booklet that talked about nearby attractions or activities. Water was pretty hard, in the shower. Didn't like that every elevator floor required a key, only the ground floor should require that as I did get stuck in the workout room since my card key got demagnatized on the workout machine. They ordered me a free shuttle to my business destination, which was great. Ate breakfast in the Vinifera, and enjoyed the food and the service. They also ordered a shuttle for a trip to Town Center to eat dinner in a restaurant there. Overall a great value and experience, would highly recommend.
