I was a little disappointed in the facility. The grounds had items laying around, like I saw hangers on the steppes which I though was dangerous. Housekeeping was doing their rounds and no on picked it up. The celling in the bathroom was cracked and the soap, shampoo and lotion all had a scent that was way too strong. I would not use that because I was afraid that i would break out in a rash. I have traveled alot and I love Ramada Inn in other states. I was very disappointed in the quality of this Ramada Inn.

Good night
Staff is very nice and courteous. She took time to tell me about the rewards program where I could get a free night stay. The room was clean and bathroom was painted. The last couple of times I stayed the paint was peeling in the bathroom and it looks like they stepped up there game a little.

very convenient
The room needs some upgrades, the ceiling in the bathroom was rusty and peeling off. The bedspread had holes in it .The microwave was old and burnt up and was very disgusting. I reported it to the front desk and when I came back it was still in the room so I could not use it my whole stay. The staff is very nice.

Great couples weekend
Hotel had all the amenities needed and a reasonable amount of room inside. Could have been a little more clean but met the needs. Perfect location. Half-way between downtown Norfolk and VA Beach. Close to shopping, grocery, and dining.

NO hot water went to use had to put towel in bath tub no way would I step in there, bl ack hair in sink, roa ch in bathroom floor, rug Sick, blankets full of hair went to complain at desk, oh ok we can move you No I have no shower and am leaving for work. Had to get this site to refund me the other nights I was going to stay the hotel just wanted to give me 10.00 and move rooms How this is a RAMADA I will never know DO NOT BOOK this place if you know what is good for you

a weekend out !
At first lookin at the reviews i was like thats not a good place to stay . A friend of mine stayed there before and she said it was nice .. So i took her word for it.. it was nice . i enjoyed my stay even tho it was jus one night . Clean room . Comfy bed !!

Outlaw biker's crash pad
The staff at the front desk were wonderful in handling a scheduling problem that was my fault, that's where the positives end. The bedspread had cigarette burns, the tub was worn to the fiberglass, the ceiling was peeling and looked like it had water damage, & the coffee maker didn't work. The worst part of our visit was that a large group of bikers stayed there as well. They squealed their tires in the parking lot ALL night long, they also managed to get bikes onto the second floor balcony and rode back and forth in front of our room until we left at 3am. No one from the hotel staff seemed to care let alone call the police. Not worth the $59.

it wasn't too bad the bed was nice and big but it was a little to firm for my taste and the toliet didn't work very well but other than that everything was great good customer service and nice people
