La Quinta Inn & Suites Norfolk Airport

We chose this hotel for it's closeness to the Immigration offices as we had a Greencard application appointment. The location could not have been better - literally a 5 minute drive to the offices!! Took all the stress off travelling same day. Hotel was very clean but there were holes in the bed sheets. We booked 2 rooms for one night and it was definately value for money. We would stay there again!

They were very friendly, need to get rid of the quilts! Also addition to a hot breakfast, most hotels already a better breakfast.

Excelent costomer service, A+, made my business trip very relaxing.

Actually a great stay experience. I did not give Five Stars because the carpet in the common areas, halls, elevators, etc. needs replacement AND the pool area could use a makeover. Other than those two things, the hotel was well designed and kept up. The cook-them-yourself waffles were especially good within the free continental breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I thought it was a good value compared to the prices of the surrounding hotels. The location was convenient to I-64 and there was everything you could need on N. Military Highway. The complimentary continental breakfast was typical - nothing to write home about but wasn't terrible either.

We went to Norfolk, Va. to attend a family retirement celebration. This was our first trip there so we were not familiar with the area. Our first contact with staff was to call for directions to the hotel which were given graciously and correctly. The staff we meet were all very professional and friendly. This La Quinta is ten minutes outside of downtown Norfolk which allowed us to use our free time exploring. It was near shopping centers but just outside of residential areas. It is on a busy 4 lane road but you'd never know because the hotel is very quiet. The most important thing to us, though, is cleanliness and this hotel passed with flying colors! We would try another La Quinta without hesitation.

Had a late night arrival. Hotel was easy to find. Love the comfortable mattress, but would like larger pillows. Towels were good weight. TV was new style. Biggest concern was that perhaps the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were hairs in the tub/shower that were clearly not mine. And if the cleaning had been thorough, they wouldn't have been found in the tub. Would like better toiletries.

Everything was great from the staff to the room. The breakfast was decent for it being free. The pool area was clean. Minor traffic in the front in the am then again in the pm. Otherwise very nice!!!

This is the second time my family and I stay at this hotel.the staff is friendly, location is great because there are many restaurants and business on military highway and it's a 20 min drive to VA beach. Love it! The hotel room is comfortable and cozy. Nothing to fancy. It's not a hotel where you can spend the whole day doing activities.it's a place where you come and rest,no one bothers you so you can get ready for your day.
