The Point Plaza Suites Newport News takes care of all the major amenities. Guests can start their day with a free hot buffet breakfast. Suites equipped with kitchens allow guests to do their own cooking. The hotel will help with ticket purchases to area attractions such as Yorktown Victory Center. - Each of these suites features an individual walk-up entrance and between 550-640 sqft of living space, offering a bedroom with one-king size bed or two double beds, a living room, and a full kitchen. These suites are equipped with a living room with a 25' TV, VCR, and DVD player, pull-out sofa sleeper, an ergonomic workstation with data-port, wireless I-net; a dining area; a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, or dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, flatware, pots and pans and cooking utensils; a separate TV in the bedroom and 2 separate phones and phone lines with a speaker phone, as well as all of Point Plaza's standard guest room amenities.

Nice, Clean and Reasonable
We stayed here for 3 nights and had a pleasurable stay. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The pool is well mainained and large. The breakfast is plenty filling to start your day and was much more then muffins, juice, and coffee that you get in some places. It's not the cheapest place around but you definitely get you pay for.

Enjoyed my stay
The pool was great. The kids had fun and thats all that matters. I will return again at a later date of course.

place to stay for a family party
we were in town for a family party. the hotel was great, except the coffee pot didn't work, but, there was free coffee downstairs, so it didn't matter.

the check in was great,they had everything ready for us,but the next morning we discovered that the bathroom sink does not drain for a while

Has everything you need
Room was very spacious and clean, has a nice breakfast buffet (hot and cold food) and roomy eating area. The location is very central to places of interest which are no more than a 45 min drive away. Hotel staff wre very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would deffinately stay again. Nice fitness center and swimming pool.

The hotel pool was down for 2 days becasue of painting which was the 2 hottest days we were there. It took a while for them to bring things up to the room. Clean towels were something hard to find. Over all it was nice.

Good Hotel
The hotel looked very similar to the pictures. The chck-in went smoothly. The loaction ahd us near the major highways with easy access to Busch Gardesn, Norfolk and Hampton. I was overall pleased with this hotel, especially for the price
