Beautiful hotel in transition
We we experienced a very nice stay. Room was clean and well appointed as were public areas. No breakfast available, but City Center nearby provided ample options.

Quiet and rlaxing
Arrived late but was welcomed to the hotel as I entered. The staff wad very friendly and helpful. Was able to gas a quiet dinner and get some work done in my room and then catch up on some sleep.

Everything was top notch except I would have expected an in-room coffee pot. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby but you obviously have to dress to go to the lobby.

Getaway for family wedding
We were in the Neport News, VA area for a family wedding. This hotel was centrally located and within easy access to all the activities we needed to attend. At check-in we requested that our daughter's family be located close to our room and they blocked in the room right next to ours. Staff was friendly and helpful with giving us directions to other destinations!

Perfect stay
Needed a room close to airport. Staff friendly, arranged cab for pick up. Room was clean, warm,and inviting. Was able to get a good night sleep. Would stay at the Omni again!

NASA Contractor Gets a Break
The Omni is convenient to LaRC. I got a free upgrade to king room on the end of the floor. Generally quiet. Good breakfast buffet. This beat most of the hotels I have stayed in over the last several years.

Noisy next to freeway
Checked in (hard to find) and were put in a room that was so close to the freeway it vibrated when trucks passed. Asked for a new room, much better, but then noticed damaged wall in elevator, peeling wallpaper, etc. This hotel has seen much better days and needs serious investment in facilities.
