Perfect for Weekend
The suite was as advertised -- large, clean, comfortable. The hotel seems brand new. Everything is there for your comfort and convenience. Computers, boarding pass printers, lots of comfortable seating, both inside and outside. Couldn't really ask for anything more.

location: just a mile or so from the airport; great for a late night arrival room: plusher than expected; lots of pillows; desk had a lowered tray for the laptop which avoids shoulder pain next AM, was happy to see a WaffleHouse (open 24 hr) on my way to the main street

great!!! went very smooth
My 11yr old daughter and I went to visit my son who's in the army!! And the hotel was perfect. It had a perfect size pool(witch she swam everyday. It was a fast check in they had allmy info in the computer, then i want to know if I could change to 2 queens instead of a king and that was no problem. Hotel staff was extremely pleasent and hotel was very very clean! I have nothing negitive to say. Also was close to shopping and dining.

Courtyard "The Ritz" by Marriott
Hotel was right off the highway, set back by the woods, brand new with everything spotless, and within walking distance of Carrabas, Waffle House, Cracker Barrel, and Cheeseburger in Paradise!

Beautiful hotel, room and great location
The hotel/rooms are beautiful. The service was great during our stay. We loved the location of the area where the hotel was located which was walking distance from dining,shopping and close access to the freeway.

They thought of everything!
The Courtyard at the Airport in Newport News was the best place I have stayed ever! The employees were friendly, helpful and kind. I felt well taken care of. Since their shuttle is based at another property, they paid for my cab to and from the airport. The room was immaculate and tended to professionally each day. The facilities is well planed out for the seasoned traveler. There is a pool and whirlpool. Which I had to myself at 8:00 A.M. A gym with the usual equipment. Two newspaper were available at no cost - USA Today and the WSJ. They even have a Starbucks for coffee junkies like me. I can't recommend this place more highly and I have been in numerous hotels for business and pleasure. I will definitely stay there again. A big thank you to the stellar staff!
