THIS IS A GREAT PLACE very nice people and plenty to do!

However the front desk was able to provide me another room for shower, but it was tedious to switch between the rooms, especially during the cold morning.

Checked in at 230. (check in time was 2pm) room filthy, beds unmade and old pizza boxes...went back down to complain and get new room. Staff at desk and housekeeping argued back and forth about what was clean...housekeeping spoke about 3 words of english and front desk was no better (housekeeping spoke one language and staff spoke another)... Finally got new room/keys re programed. All night long there were phone calls and knocks at the door. Right before check out time the front desk called to tell us that we owed for 2 nights???? We had paid and stayed for one night only booking through Orbiz. Went down to front desk immedicatly thinking new staff had come on and was not informed of the fact that we moved 2 doors down. But it was the same man who checked us in!!! I got very upset and showed him my id and told him to look my name up NOW he did and spologized. I couldnt beleive he even had to lookm...he didnt even remember my face 19 hours later...we will NEVER go back!!!!

A plain vanilla budget hotel near Manasas Battlefield and about 45 minutes from downtown D.C. Nothing out of the ordinary, but the right value for the price and area. Easy check in (rom on-line paid reservation); room had basic amenities (though no iron- which I didn't need anyway); was clean. Even had a nice small table and 2 chairs for eating or reading. Recommendation: ask for room on side away from street; there wasn't much street noise, but back side should be even less. An IHOP restaurant adjacent to parking lot for easy, simple fare.

This hotel needs refurbishing. Very old and outdated. The bathroom was clean but needed to have the bathtub replaced. The refridgerator and air conditioner were noisy, although all the appliences worked. The staff was not helpful or very customer friendly. The housekeepers did a very good job cleaning the room every day.

The hotel was a dump and located no where near the area I wanted and that you had indicated. I had to travel an extra half hour every time I left the hotel to get to my destination. [...].William C. Erwin[@]

Check in was easy. The place seems to cater to work crews and there is an IHOP next door for a quick breakfast. Plain and simple. Not bad for the Price. The pillows are a bit lumpy.

Very close to downtown Manassas. Clean room, free wi-fi access, and polite staff. We walked--a lot. The jacuzzi tub was a very nice unexpected surprise!

My boyfriend and I were there on a short personal trip. We spent two nights at the hotel and I have to admit, for the price we paid, we were very satisfied. It was very clean and comfortable, and made our stay very relaxing. The only down side was that our room did not have a microwave like it advertised, and the fridge did not work. But neither one of those were needed for our stay. Overall a very good hotel.
