the red roof masassas is a great hotel one the best . I during my business travel i use the marriott and other high hotels , the red roof ranks right up there with them. I would stay again and highly recommend.

the Red Roof in Manassas , VA is excellent . The only things it lacked was the fridge and microwave. the room was spotlessly clean great flat screen tv comfordable bed . I would highly recommend.

Prime location at Cheap price
I booked this hotel for my parents for my sister's wedding. The hotel was perfectly sutable as a place to stay. It didn't smell, it was clean and the staff was friendly enough. It was not anything extreme...good or bad. It was one of the cheapest places for this area. It was located right in the middle of shopping, restaurants, and interstate access. I wouldn't book it for my honeymoon, but I obviously would let my parents stay here. Hope this is helpful.

There is plenty of dining located near this restaurant. Fast food and nice sit-down restaurants for both family and for a romantic dinner for two.

Needs much improvement
Initially, we had to move to a different room due to the overwhelming smoke smell in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Then, the second room still had a faint odor. The beds were very worn and uncomfortable. There were no amenities (no drinks, no refrigerator, no hair dryer, no iron, not even paper/pen) The room had a small safe; however, it was not left open by the previous guests; therefore, it was unavailable for use.

dachshund outing
My experience was fantastic.....no complaints what so ever....comfortable.....quiet.....convienent....will stay there again next year for the Mid-Atlantic Dachshund Phest.

Not bad for the price
The hotel was right on target with my expectations. The room was clean, but old. It was a little noisy, but not enough to really bother me. I just needed a bed for the night and it was perfectly fine for what I was looking for.

Would not suggest this place to anyone.
This place was gross. The coffee was gross. The people were gross! My husband and I stayed for the weekend, and the entire place was so loud. There were so many people partying, and when my husband and I woke-up there was trashed on the windshield of our car that had been thrown over the balcony of one of the trashy people partying at the place. It was a horrible experience.
