Miserable Nights Stay
Stayed there several times in the past and had a good experience. Because of location (fly in and out of Reagan National Airport) reserved room for 1 night based on past stays, big mistake - the room was not clean lamps falling apart, hair dryer (I'm guessing) ripped off the wall, terrible odor in room.

disappointed at second rate room !!!
The smoking room i was given had worn furniture and a torn curtain. The handle on the bathroom door was broken. Overall the room looked like it was ready to be remodeled and was a second rate stay. I do not plan to visit again.

Stay somewhere else. This was my third visit to this motel. The first two were fine. The third was very dissapointing and second rate. I wonder if there has been a change in management or what caused this downhill slide in quality accomodations.

Perfect location for an overnight to see a concert at the Nissan Pavillion. TONS of restaurants and other commercial properties nearby... The Battlefield is very close, and we were told that DC and Mount Vernon were close as well. Great staff at check in/ check out. Did not use the pool, so can't say good or bad. Nice breakfast in the AM. Huge bathroom. Cheaper than surrounding hotels.

Fabulous family getaway!
We went to Washington DC for all of the tourist type things. We rode the Metro which was very easy to access from our hotel. Excellent time. This was a family trip that we will remember forever.

There are many great restaurants close by including: Logan's, Cracker Barrel, Five Guys, Uno's and many fast food for quick cheap meals.

Tough stay
My first night, the water main broke so there was no water until 7am the following morning. The fire alarm went of intermittently the entire first night. No sleep and in need of a shower the first night. The second night they moved me into a room that smelled like someone was standing right next to me smoking a cigarette (it is a non-smoking hotel). I complained, they moved me up a floor and that room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The "gym", and I use the word loosely, was closed during my stay because of the flooding. The last night was ok. The only thing that I can say good about the hotel was the location. Right next some of the civil war battlefields. I ran those for fields on 2 evenings, it was great!!! Management did not offer compensation of any kind. I will not be staying in the Country Inn & Suites again.

Hotel review
I was satisfied overall with the hotel. There was the usual noise. The person in the room above me stomped late at night and stomped early in the morning, making it difficult to go to sleep and stay asleep. However, I am a seasoned traveler so I turned on the bathroom fan to create white noise which helped. That is really my only complaint - an inconsiderate person staying in the room above me.

Very friendly & clean
Our stay at Country Inn & Suites was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Our family also enjoyed the fitness room. The location was near many popular restaurants and we definitely would choose this location again should we visit the area.

great deal
The room was very nice and spacious. Great deal for the money. Very courteous staff who were very friendly and helpful. Will go there again if in the area.
